Great budget hotel in DT Vegas”
I've stayed at many of the hotels in Downtown Las Vegas and The Downtowner is a great hotel in a pinch. The staff are very friendly and informative. The rooms are pretty basic but just what you need. The location is just blocks away from the Freemont Experience and some great bars and restaurants.

I choose Downtowner Boutique Hotel because of the location and the price, I got a very comfortable room clean and well equipped compared to the cost. Le staff have been very helpful and I got free coffee after check out. Definitely I'll be back there for my next trip to Las Vegas

It's missing a couple of such as a desk clock/ alarm so need to use your mobile device clock and be nice if had a fridge. Street traffic can be noisy every now and then so I used earplugs at night. There's no elevator so don't bring heavy luggage unless you can get a gua

For how expensive all the hotels in Las Vegas were New Year's weekend, you can't really complain about this hotel for what you're paying compared to all other ones. This little hotel had the basics and it got the job done.

Pleasantly Surprised”
I got a great deal for a two day stay here. Location good, check in a breeze, staff as friendly as one would expect. Personally, I like the outdoor feel of it…if you stay here you’ll know what I mean. The room was clean and ready for us. Comfy bed! My absolute deal breaker for a hotel. I have to warn you though the room has little to NO amenities. No A/C and NO fridge. We weren’t too bothered by that this stay but probably wouldn’t stay here during the hotter months. Luckily we still was cool because it’s December. Nothing too bad that I can say. Thanks Downtowner for accommodating us.

Great place if you’re just looking for a place to leave your things”
The downtowner has friendly helpful staff and is a fun place however, it is very loud. If you want to be a part of everyone’s conversations even while in your room, this is the place.

Cheap but clean facility. Manageable walking distance to Fremont where things are. If you are sensitive to noise like me, do not stay. Constant loud music played in the facility and Loud the voice from employees. Wall is super thin. You will hear from both ceiling and wall so every step from people upstairs and all the speaking and music From wall as well. I had to purchase ear plugs. Also the area isn’t exactly safe area where constant homeless and shady people walking on the street. Unfortunately parking is half a block away from hotel open for public. Do not leave your valuables in your car .

Advertised as a 3-star hotel. This is not justified. 2-star more suited. Likes: 1. Helpful staff at reception desk. 2. Comfortable bed. 3. Close to Fremont Street. 4. Powerful shower. Dislikes: 1. Extremely thin walls. 2. Wifi kept dropping out. 3. Small window (I had a ground floor room) and I like lots of natural light. 4. Apart from the bed, rest of furniture was flimsy.

TERRIBLE FRONT DESK SERVICE”
The location was great for where we wanted to go, but the front desk lady who seemed to own the Hotel was TERRIBLE when it came to customer service. We asked for water they never gave us for our room and the lady said, “come down and get it.” We’ll never go there again..!
