Great location. Walking distance to major sites and QE II conference center. Near bus lines. A little walk to Underground. Rooms clean. Small but expected for central London. Restaurant and bar great place to meet with others, but many wonderful restaurants around. COVID testing for flights to US offered on site.

If you want to sleep past 8am”
If you want to sleep past 8am make sure you room is no where near the house keeping closet. You will listen to a door open and slam shut easily 100 x’s every single morning.

Reception and restaurant noisy, only other eating option is a bunbao take—away. Staff very friendly and helpful; taxis easily available; in good walking distance from major tourist attractions.

Not good enough with this price”
Far away from tube/bus station. Staffs weren't that much kind and friendly. Room was so small and stuffy compared to the picture. One advantageous point is that it's close to Westminster and Big Ben. (15mins walking distance) I couldn't find any other benefit from staying this hotel.

1 star hotel charging luxury prices”
We were really disappointed that we paid this much to stay here. It comes down to one thing, this is not a luxury hotel - but they charge luxury prices. We had a terrible sleep because every time someone in the floor above us used their toilet or shower, we could hear the water in the pipes in the walls and it woke us up a few times during the night. This was frustrating because we had nearly 24 hours of travelling to get home to Australia and wanted to sleep well. That should not happen at a "luxury hotel". The breakfast was seriously sad. Stale and cold hash browns with wet soggy bacon that's been sitting in its own grease for an hour do not make a nice breakfast. I would really like someone at the Westminster to take that feedback seriously because the breakfast was genuinely appalling. The lady that checked us in to the hotel was oddly rude - even my partner commented how odd it was. These 3 things made us feel that this hotel was terrible value for money. When we were checking out a lovely gentleman asked us how our stay was - and when my partner proceeded to tell him that we were a bit disappointed, he got distracted and cut the conversation short. I don't normally say anything however we did want to because we were very unhappy with how much money this night cost us. Absolutely won't be returning.

Very friendly staff, premium Queen room small but well laid out. Plenty of outlets, however very few television stations available and the bed is a little hard for my liking. Not as close to the underground tube as I originally thought when booking,, but located centrally enough to walk to attractions if you don't mind walking. I Ichanged my trip and needed to extend one more day, but the rate for the hotel was much higher than what I paid through Agoda and the hotel could not accommodate another day at that rate, so I have to switch hotels for my last night. Overall, good value since booked through Agoda, but don't think I would pay the regular rate for this hotel.

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage”
Alle waren total hilfsbereit und das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Man kann zu Fuss vieles erreichen, zB Bushaltestellen etc. Sehr Central. Leider ein kleiner Abzug für Lärm durch Fenster, diese waren bei uns nicht komplett verschliessbar, schade.
