Great stay great staff ”
We had a good experience from arriving to leaving. The room was good could do with an update, bathroom floor had water/cleaner stains and floor by bedside table had spilt coffee stains which also went up the side of the bed. Bedding and towels clean and fresh. We had a good nights sleep here. All staff we had the pleasure of dealing with were great and the two staff members in the Gin bar are amazing with the knowledge of cocktails to recommend us that was spot on. Breakfast was very comprehensive with a selection of traditional to conventional etc. could have done with a second egg on full English and I’m sure if I asked there would have been no issues with that. overall we had a good stay for our birthday treat and would use again if visiting London.

A surprising delight!”
Looking at this hotel on the website, I had some reservations as the area had been a bit run-down when I lived in London 20 years ago. However, when we saw the hotel we were completely overwhelmed. It is a beautiful, top class hotel with everything you could possibly desire. It was very clean, comfortable, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We only spent one night there, but I would definitely stay there again. The value for money was outstanding. We would recommend this gorgeous hotel to anyone for long or short stays. A perfect stay

Stayed at the Dorsett for one night. Lovely hotel in great location and very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Quite room and excellent value for money. Highly recommend and will be back next month.

The hotel is very accessible from various stations and is near WestField which is good for shopping! The room are clean and big too and will definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Good hotel to stay ”
All staff is friendly and helpful . You have to try cocktails in a bar they are something special . Rooms are clean . The only problem is that some of rooms have windows facing hall of hotel , which means there is no natural light and it's a bit hard to wake up . Overall good hotel for such price

Good hotel ”
A good hotel with good reviews. I am disabled and have a scooter for distances and I was with my daughter. We were in London to go to the theatre to see Sister Act. Checking in was quick and pleasant. We went up to our room using the lift and were a little surprised. I hadn't booked a special disabled room but the guy on reception must have thought I needed it. The room was much bigger than normal which was nice but there was a lift installed with a ceiling track going from above the bed to the bathroom with access to the toilet and the bath. I didn't need all this but it was thoughtful of the guy on reception⁰

I stayed in this hotel several times and I will still doing that. This hotel is one of the favorite and fashionable with appropriate budget in all London. It does not look like the old fashioned hotels in Oxford Street or city center and has a great lobby and facilities in addition to the spacious room in different type. It has a great location and easy accessibility to all kinds af transportation in Great City of London. The surroundings are full with restaurants, all kind of stores, spas, bazzar in low prices elements called shepherds Bush Market and the hugest mall in Europe that called Westfield. It is as I mentioned early it is the great hotel in the greatest city

The light in Shepards Bush”
We were staying at a budget hotel nearby, which turned out to be a nightmare. When we decided to move, Agoda suggested the Dorsett, just a couple of metres away. We could not believe. Great value for money. Rooms are spacious, comfty and spotless. Staff was friendly and ready to help at all times. Staying at the Dorsett was one of the highlights of our stay in London. The location is perfect: close to 3 Underground stations, and bus stops towards Victoria and Oxford Street. We highly recommend the Dorsett Shepards Bush!

Brilliant Hotel”
Loved staying at the Dorsett Hotel Shepherds Bush. Wonderful room which was spotlessly clean. All staff were very friendly and made you feel extremely welcome. Hotel is located near good tube links, and is close to the Westfield Shopping Centre. Definitely recommend and will be staying there again.

Superb hotel in great location ”
We loved this hotel. Very impressive lobby and reception area, the whole place has a cool and classy vibe. Our room was stylish and immaculately clean, big TV, lovely bathroom, iPod dock and the comfiest bed with the best pillows I'd ever slept on. We had breakfast one morning which we enjoyed, there was a good choice of food and the staff were attentive. There is a happy hour in the bar between 6-8 every night where cocktails are 2 for 1, we were never around at those times but we did have a late drink one night and the cocktails were spot on. Location wise it's perfect. Shepherds Bush Market tube stop is two minutes walk away and is on the same line as Kings Cross so very easy to access. Westfield shopping centre is five mins away and is fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again, can't fault this hotel.

My husband, adult daughter and I were here for a family vacation. This hotel is in a great location, five minute walk to Shepherd's Bush underground. The tube system in London is excellent so it is very easy to get around the city. We had a an executive room with a queen bed and pullout sofa. It was a fair size, especially for a London hotel. There was a desk, coffee machine, fridge and in room safe. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a bathtub and shower with a rain head, which was lovely. Breakfast was well done with a good a variety of items both hot and cold. You can have an omelet made to order if you wish. The gym is very small. It consists of 3 treadmills, one elliptical and some weights. However, you can still get a decent workout. The staff were excellent, very accommodating and eager to please. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants very close by. There is a great shopping mall five minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. I did a lot of research before I booked and I was not disappointed with my choice. Excellent property, in my opinion!

Really is a great hotel. Very closely located to the Shepards Bush Market station, Westfields shopping mall is really close and accessibility is really a highlight of this hotel. They even give you a free mobile phone to use while you are in London so if you are staying here, don't bother buying a SIM pack. Rooms are really nice and spacious. Only let down I would say would be the breakfast which is only Ok. Breakfast menu was the same throughout our 4 day stay and didn't really taste as good for a Dorsett hotel. Also, the elevator was not working properly during our stay. Will definitely stay here again when I come back next to London.

Very nice hotel close to Westfield Shopping Centre. Lovely room with comfy bed, good pillows and quality linens. Bathroom was a bit compact, but manageable. Just minutes from Shepherds Bush Tube (Central Line). Next time I visit Westfield (for eye surgery!) I will use this hotel again.

Great location - close to underground & shopping. ”
We had a very pleasant stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. The hotel service is quiet good especially the housekeeping department . While we were in our country we tried to ask several questions about the local tour transport arrangement & we received the replied promptly from the hotel. As the hotel is only 5 minutes walk to Westfied Shopping mall & about ten minutes walk to underground Sherphed Bush station ( according to our moderate walking speed ) , we found it a very convenient location especially a lot of convenient shops & fast food just nearby . I personally recommend the Chinese restaurant attached with the hotel , very good Dim Sam available ! The design I like the most in this hotel room is the color theme , they are all in white . It has my taste . If I ever visit in London , I definitely will stay in this hotel again .

Hidden Gem!!!”
My back pain disappeared!!! That was how comfortable it was to sleep on those Dorsett beds and the fresh linen really made me sleep like a baby. The breakfast was filling and the hot and cold choices were very welcome especially to Asians like ourselves. There was a bus stop a little bit off the entrance and the metro was only some minutes away (and i walk at a very slow pace). The staff was very helpful and patient with all our tourist questions. I would definitely recommend Dorsett Shepherd's Bush to my friends and stay here again!!!

Convenient, large rooms, nice hotel”
Rooms were large and new compared to most London hotels. Proximity to Westfield's is a great plus point plus 10 mins walk to Sheperds Bush Underground Starion, direct to Notting Hill and Oxford on the Central Line. Only negative point were the windows. Never knew such windows existed before in this hotel. U have to climb on the sofa to see the view outside. Felt like I was in jail with such small windows. Not all rooms. I had a 7th floor room with floor to ceiling windows But rooms were very clean, with large rooms and windows. We booked the Deluxe room. In all still a wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed at Dorsett for our 2 night stay in London. Location was good as it was near to Shepherd's Bush tube station and Westfield. The room itself was really lovely. The hotel seemed to have a bird theme which was really cute too. Overall a nice stay in a comfortable room.

Hotel near to tube station with shepherd bush park just in front of the hotel. I booked a executive club room and got upgraded to suite. Breakfast can be better. Hotel is nicely decorated with its own subtle oriental charm.

Weekend visit”
Ideal location near Westfield and close to Shepherds Bush tube. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and always had nice spacious rooms. 2 for 1 cocktails a bonus in the evening. Breakfasts always good quality.
