We had a pleasant time at Diamond Sea Hotel”
We spent a week at the hotel in early December 2022. Here are a few highlights: - The location is perfect for us. We can walk along the sandy beach anytime we want, rain or shine, day or night. And there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. - The view is spectacular from the high-floor ocean-facing room. The panoramic view from the roof top is even better, the Sơn Trà Peninsula and the entire Mỹ Khê beach are in front of your eyes, as far as you can see. The city night view from the bar in the back is nothing short of amazing too. You can see the dragon breathing fire on the famous Dragon bridge on the weekend nights, and the bright Hàn River Cruise passing by beneath it - I can only speak for my room. Mine is roomy, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping job is professionally done, so is the room service. - I save the best for last: The big A+ for the staff. Every one we met greeted us with a smile. It is obvious that they will go extra mile to make sure our stay enjoyable, Bella, Ivy, Đen ..., just to name a few (sorry that I don't get all the names). And the lady in the front desk that I forget to read her name. She solved my problem as if it was her own. She asked the shutter driver, when he went picking up guests at the airport, to go to the air line booking office to pay my air fare since my credit card did not work online. So, thank you all for the service. We feel we don't need to try another hotels next time when we will be back to Đà Nẵng. We got what we came and hope for (minus the weather, unfortunately :-) Highly recommended hotel!

A must stay in Danang! Close to everything with the best staff, service and amenities ”
We stayed here for 6 nights and it did not disappoint! This hotel is right on the beach front of my khe beach. The heart of the city is a mere 2.4kms from this hotel making it super close to markets, CBD shopping restaurants and cafes. It's only a 35min scooter ride into hoi an which we did a day trip to and stayed one night in, however this beautiful beach hotel still had our hearts! It's simply just too good. The hotels sky bar and pool are excellent. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and kept alternating which lots do not do as well as having a hot plate area where they would cook eggs etc on demand. The rooms are fantastic. Modern clean and super spacious with great balconies. We were on the 12th floor and had a corner room with views straight out and down the beach. The staff and service here rivals a 5 star easily, always friendly and predicting your needs. We will be staying here again for sure!

Excellent Service, Good Location & Reasonable Rates”
A very big thank you to Sarah Duong, Reservation Supervision for her patience, understanding & top niche service. There was a last minute change to my flight schedule from 16.06.2022 to 17.06.2022 & I was only informed of the change on the same morning of 16.06.2022. Informed Sarah of the change in pick up date & time and was immedidately addressed by her. She has also graciously kept my room for 17.06.2022 - 20.06.2022. In addition, I arrived earlier than expected in Danang. My pickup time was 2.45 pm. Landed @ 1.45 pm. Email to Sarah for earlier pick-up & she immediately arranged for it. I was staying in Premier Double Ocean View & the view was spectacular. As the room was facing west, we enjoy the scene at the beach from the balcony, each & every evening. The room is clean, big & spacious. Complimentary return airport transport is provided at their scheduled timing. If you can't meet their timing, you can also get the Grab transport to & from airport @ estimated fare of VND 87,000 / trip. I managed to get the super savings room rate thru Agoda for S$ 198.08 nett for 4 nights including breakfast & 30 min foot massage for 2 persons & complimentary airport pick-up. Transport & food is relatively cheap in Danang. I strongly recommend Seafood @ MOC Seafood @ 26 To Hien Thanh, Danang. It's a short walking distance from hotel. It's cheap & good & the staff are all very friendly. They can speak English, though not very fluently, but they tried very hard to communicate across. What more can I say. This is but the best hotel stay I have so far. Thanks once again to Sarah Duong for her immaculate service. I strongly recommend this hotel to all who are going to Danang

We actually switched to this hotel after a bad experience with a nearby one. Best decision ever. The staff are really well trained in customer service and the food is amazing, high quality and such a variety. One of the best buffet breakfast's anywhere in the world. Great spot to wake up to ocean views and close to quality cafe's on the beach front. My only piece of advice would be to decide when you want to travel, we did not realise it would be so cold in dec/jan, (thinking we might come back again in summer) but this also had it's benefits with less tourists while the ocean was still 25 degrees, great waves for beginner surfers/long boarders. A big thank-you and shout out to the staff for organising airport runs, day trips. Highly recommended. (family of two adults, three kids, joined by another brother and the grandparents also came)

Unfortunately, the weather was not great while I stayed at the Diamond Sea Hotel and was not able to experience their roof top pool with amazing view. However, the staff are fantastic especially Bella who helped me a couple occasions. The hotel is clean and very central. I travel a lot and as always will try and give the most unbias review with some tips. Diamond Sea Hotel sits on the quieter end of My Ke Beach. (Keep in mind there is also Son tra beach) There are some small restaurants and convenience stores in a small street behind the hotel. You can buy drinks, snacks, toiletries and bathers there. They have free airport pickup shuttle. You need to email them info such as your flight arrival info etc and they will send you the shuttle schedule. Our flight arrived 30 minutes late but the driver was nice enough to wait for us. He is standing at the exit/entrance of the airport with a sign with our name and Diamond Sea Hotel. (Tip is not required but I gave him 50,000 vnd ($2 usd) and a cup of coffee at the airport coffee shop) and he was very thankful. First impression of hotel: front of the hotel and lobby is spotless and modern style architecture. Guests are greeted warmly with cooling face towel, juice and snack. The hotel amenities are great and everything that is provided makes sense. The hotel is one of the better ones in Da Nang and on top of that the staffs are probably the best in the 4 star category. My nitpick: Aircon was dusty and noisy. I called front desk and they sent some one to clean it with in 15 minutes . I also had them change the sheets and all nocovers which was done promptly. The pool is beautiful but small so sunbathing chairs/ outdoor chaise is limited. Ok during slow season and plenty of normal tables and chairs. Other possible con: No bidet in bathroom but not a problem for me . I would suggest my room for couples or smokers. We booked the double oceanview with balcony. The room is clean. The fridge is not cold but it is like that at almost all the hotels here so don't expect a super cold drink. Everything on the tray with the 2 small water bottles is included but not the extra stuff like cup of noodles and drinks in the fridge. Stayed here for 13 nights over Christmas & New Year. The staff from the manager to the guy who parked our bike were extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The sky bar is very good value for money especially during happy hour which is 5pm to 7pm when buy one get one free on certain drinks. Breakfast is good with a choice of western and Asian foods including an egg station. Location good right opposite Esco beach Stayed in an oceon view room with balcony on the 16th floor. Views are stunning. Would definitely visit again

Really enjoyed our stay at Diamond Sea. Across the street from the beach, close to restaurants and an excellent breakfast buffet. Gym is small, but made the best of it. Rooftop pool / views are also a nice touch. Would stay here again if I find myself in Da Nang in the future.

I was shocked and everyone helped me very well, followed up and advised until I got my phone back. I wasn't expecting much here because the price I got was quite cheap. It was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Da Nang. - Staff are well-trained. Exceptional customer service compared to my general experience traveling Vietnam. - Room and general areas are clean. - Cross the street and you’re right on the beach. - The beach front room has a magnificent view and cute little sitting area for watching sunrise on the beach. - Rooftop pool is clean and nice. - Breakfast buffet is tasty with a variety of food that are mixed up daily so you won’t have the same stuff every day. I had so much fun at that hotel that I returned as a non-solo traveler for a romantic getaway stay along the beach. Breakfast was delicious, the room service and bars offered BOGO happy hour deals deals for majority through the late hours of the night. The pool was clean without direct exposure to the Sun for too long. The views were amazing, with near panoramic sights of the city and the beach. The spa and gym services were conveniently located on the same top-end floor, adjacent to other the amenities listed above. There is even a children’s playroom near the pool and rooftop. Couldn’t ask for much more that price. What are you waiting for?

We hv booked a room 18th to 20th Nov 2022. with facing sea view with balcony on high 18th floor is really a fantastic. Hotel staff are so friendly, helpful with smiling face all way to help us the needs and want in reception, housekeeping , doormen,F&B to make our stay a memorable one. The buffet breakfast is really yummy with many varieties to choose and suits our tastes. The room is big, nice clean and comfy bed to sleep for the night. Receptionist forget to ask name suggest to use grab ride and not taxis to avoid being ripped off.
