“Elite Suite / Fantastic accommodation in Nha Trang”
I stayed in various types of rooms, so my reviews might be a bit mixed up, but this review is specifically about the Elite Suite. From the moment you open your eyes in the morning until you close them at night, you can enjoy a fantastic view during your stay. During the day, you can relish the vibrant energy of people and the refreshing sea, and at night, you can take pleasure in the beautiful night scenery of Nha Trang. 1. Panorama Ocean View - It was absolutely incredible. For those who have traveled a bit, corner rooms are preferred, and this hotel has two types of corner rooms: Elite Suite and Prime Suite. We stayed in the Elite Suite, which offers an incredibly fresh and unobstructed panoramic ocean view. 2. Room Size This is the largest room type available for general tourists. (The Presidential Suite, which is the largest room type in Diamond Bay Hotel, is priced almost out of reach for average individuals.) Elite Suite - 90 m^2 Prime Suite - 70 m^2 Considering the size of these rooms and the price, it is definitely worth staying. 3. Staff Service During my stay from check-in (February 25, 2019) to check-out (February 24, 2025), I found myself bothering the staff quite a bit, but housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, concierge, F&B outlets, and bellmen were all extremely friendly and tried their best to assist me. Personally, I have visited many global chain five-star hotels, but the staff service at Diamond Bay Hotel was friendlier than that. My original plan was to check in on February 19, 2025, and check out on February 22, 2025, but because of their exceptional service, I extended my stay until the 24th. 4. Room Condition This is my personal opinion and speculation. Rooms that host many group tourists may have slightly poorer conditions (many of these are city view rooms). Rooms primarily occupied by individual tourists (like ocean view rooms) are likely to have better conditions. Rooms classified as suites or higher (suite, prime suite, elite suite) are expected to be in very good condition. The rooms I stayed in (1215(suite), 1016(suite), 1411(elite suite), 1415(suite)) were very clean and nice. 5. The building is connected to Nha Trang Center (a shopping complex), so everything can be resolved without leaving the hotel premises. It’s also very close to Lotte Mart, and the presence of Starbucks, a popular cafe in crowded areas, located in the Nha Trang Center (the building connected to the hotel), explains everything. In conclusion. When you turn on the TV in the hotel room, a welcome message plays the song "July - In Love." Considering the hotel's fragrance, atmosphere, and view, the choice of music was excellent. Personally, if I ever go to Nha Trang again, I will include this hotel in my itinerary again, just to remember the friendly smiles and warm helping hands of the staff. Despite my bothering them more than other guests, they were very accommodating, making my stay comfortable and leaving me with a positive impression of Vietnam and Nha Trang. I sincerely thank the staff of Diamond Bay Hotel for their excellent service.
