The staff is very friendly. The morning breakfast contains two hot dishes and waffles in addition to a variety of healthy and tasty items. The rooms have been modernized - they are very nice and comfortable. I will stay here again.

After searching for an affordable place to stay (Ft. Collins must think they are some mega attraction) I settled on your place! For the money charged, you were lacking in the delivery of facilities! Rooms were under sized, break area small & not comfortable! I was under whelmed by the over all place!

Very nice hotel, however if you want a Jacuzzi bathtub for a king room be sure to call the hotel and reserve a room. The website and the hotel did not match on everything included in the room. The toilets was not cleaned very well

We LOVED this hotel! We stayed for over a week and everything about it was wonderful! It was extremely clean and the room seemed to be newer. The only downside was there was no ice machine that we could find to fill our cooler.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly, the location was perfect, and the price was excellent. Room had a nice TV, with a wide range of channels, nice bed, newly redone carpet walls, as well as a mini-fridge and microwave. very dirty. dont touch anything, especially the bed. The carpet was filthy. For a non-smoking hotel the room was smelled of cigarettes and stale air.

Only booked in for one night we found this hotel nice and central to a lot of services finding plenty of places close by to eat out at. reception staff were very polite and made us feel at home straight away. only down side was we weren't there long enough to enjoy a swim.
