The staff is friendly and very helpful. The suite and building amenities are outstanding. The hotel is located in Da Nang on the coast, with other great places within walking distance but the better area for food and bars is a very short taxi ride away.

Good value. Friendly staff but very little English is spoken. Food is average and cocktails were poor but can be easily managed around (we ate at neighbouring hotel managed by Accor). Fantastic villa spaces that are very clean and well-maintained. Beach and pool are clean and appreciate having lifeguards on duty at all times. We will return if/when in Da Nang.

The view is excellent but subject to the weather. We had been upgraded to the Ocean suite. The high floor has excellent view on the whole Da Nang beach. AMAZING ! I think this is the BEST 4 star hotel in Da Nang. Probably nice than some 5 star hotels. VERY NICE & Grand interior design. Friendly stuff. Rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The roof top swimming pool was gorgeous. Breakfast buffer was the full 5-star buffet line-up. This feels like a 5Star hotel at the price of 4Star.
