I really don't have other option when i'm searching for a hotel in Sidoarjo with a budget for under IDR 400.000 / night. So, basically, this is the only option. The hotel is no good neither for the breakfast. But at least we can easily search for various hawker street food stalls just around the hotel.

The hotel is rather new (only 7 years!) but it has been so neglected during this short period that many things already fall apart. Nobody cares to repair them (starting with the shower and other things in the bathroom). The sheets and towels look already dirty when they supposedly have been cleaned. The breakfast room is half a sauna with the AC either not working or not being turned on. The food itself is also not very appetising. The staff is extremely unmotivated which is no surprise given that their salaries are no more than the minimum wages. The final shock came at the time of check-out when we were presented the bills for the laundry. For two loads of washing which would have cost approx. IDR 50.000 at other middle-class hotels, the Delta charged the astronomical price of IDR 400.000 (which was more than the price of a double room for a night)! We could have had our laundry done at the Sheraton! Of course there were no price lists anywhere in the room and it was our fault not to ask in advance, but how could we have guessed that?! Oh, and not to forget: I caught a bad cold with a sore throat that I have not recovered yet .... probably due to the dirty and smelly AC. Do you need to know more to be discouraged from booking at that hotel?

Hotel just for sleep nothing special. The price is to high for the quality of hotel like this Breakfast nothing special just average (only have 5 variety totaly on display) Train rail are behind the hotel, very lousy

Bad airco filter not clean. Dirty room, staff forget make up our room, breakfast poor if u want omelet need to Pay extra. Someone smoking in Food area (non smoke area)

The bathroom handle is broken, the sink handle too, the hot water only works for around 3 minutes then the rest was cold water even if you already set it to hot water mode. the clerk seems a little bit not friendly. the only thing that's good is the wifi. the ob are friendly. but sadly they don't change the bedsheets/blankets everyday.
