We stayed as family for 4 days in the hotel. We have very good experience and we enjoyed our stay. Housekeeping visited our room everyday, food buffet for breakfast is fantastic, facilities are good and staff are accommodating. The location is accessible to everything. We will stay in this hotel everytime we will visit Bahrain. Highly recommended. 2 thumbs up from us-Borja family (stayed April30 to May3).

I like this hotel as it is in the old city center. Anything you need is just around the corner. The furniture is a bit old and needs modernizations. The staff behind the desk are very professional and friendly.

2 night stay. This hotel is a bit run down and in need of a bit of renovation but was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on the food as I didn’t eat there. If you want to be in the centre of Manama the location is spot in.

Although it is an old hotel and the the exterior image of the building looks gloomy but interior is shinning with friendly staffs. Room is cosy and clean, swimming pool although not that big but water is clear and the gym well equipped. Breakfast has variety of dishes and worth it. Like to get back.

Crazy infamous place famous for 'Diggers' ”
Only reason anyone would really want to stay here is to 'experience' one of the most infamous bars in Bahrain ('Diggers'). That would be about it. It is cheap and you get the lack for what you pay for; however staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful (as are management). Hotel itself needs a total refit after many decades with the same decor, carpeting, etc. Would not recommend for families, couples, or anyone particularly fussy. Otherwise a one-in-a-lifetime hoot.
