Cleanliness should be improved”
Very good for money, I guess this is cheapest room rate (not guesthouse) in Jemursari area. With that price, we got kettle, big bed, towel, slipper, bathroom amenities, good lighting, and very strategic location just minutes away to Bu Kris (a famous local food), Superindo and Chicco (convenient store), Burger King, McDonalds, Yoshinoya, Starbucks, Excelso, Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza, Eye Clinic, Marina Plaza (gadget center), University of Surabaya, and others. They provide facilities: swimming pool, gym, spacious parking area. They also have their own bake shop named Savoury at 1st floor. The only thing I disaappinted is about cleanliness. Bed linen was dull, floor was dusty. Hotel management should pay more attention to the cleanliness.

It's a nice place, the room is big, the sanitary is clean, and the ac is cool enough, maybe if there is a nice fragrance/ aromatherapy smell it would be perfect. From the highway it's easy to find, and the staff are polite&kind also. They have swimming pool, though they've remove the outdoor One, but the indoor good enough.

Overall this hotel is very worth for value of money. Only need some details attention from the management. For example the public area is ok, but it is a pity to not maintained it well. The mosquito is horrible and the staff is there sitting down and playing game with his devices.

Nice hotel, nice food, very nice location”
It's good experience for my family to stay in D'Season. The food is delicious and various. The food price is acceptable. Especially, the bakery in the hotel is very nice. If I or my family arrive in Surabaya, I would put D'Season on my top list. However, it would be nicer if D'Season management promote more Indonesian food, especially seafood because Surabaya is identical with harbour city.

I stayed with my family in D'Season hotel just for leisure business. Once I arrived I received a very nice, beautiful welcome from the front office staff. She gave me the key in 2 minutes after copying my ID. The room is very clean, spacious. The bathroom is a also clean with soft, nice soap, shampoo and toothpaste. Air condition works well that I can enjoy watching tv with big flat sceen. Cold and hot warer was fully available.the breakfast is simple but delicious. But I dont like the electrical insecticide turned on when I entered the room as iI got elergic so I turned it off. Thanks.

Staying in D'Season Hotel is memorable for me. It's located just in front of famous restaurant in Surabaya, Bu Kris. And the room is big. I will stay again

Quite comfy, nice hotel staffs, affordable”
The facilities are above average for a 2-starred hotel, with a small swimming pool, a massage/spa center, and a restaurant. The food is acceptable, and the staffs are friendly (except for one trainee, I don't know and wouldn't want to know his name, he didn't smile nor greet me, though we met twice). Good location, only 15 minutes by car to the center of Surabaya, and the great thing is, it came with a great price! Well, the down side, the bathroom wasn't too clean, and I complained about this when I checked out, and the receptionist made a promise to improve the cleanliness. Overall, I'm quite satisfied to have stayed at D'Season Hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my friends or families when they are visiting Surabaya.

d'season is a pretty good hotel to deal with at an affordable price, great breakfast food services, strategic location to reach. along that, if you are unsure about the hotel's food there are good alternatives with in their that have good place to eat. on the plus side the hotel has good staff & management great services

Great hotel in a perfect location”
We only stayed one night at this hotel, so it's hard to talk a lot about it. We stayed there, because we were coming from Jogjakarta by train, and then about to take a plane to Lombok early the next morning. It has a great location, right in between the center of Surabaya and the airport, so it was perfect for us, because we wanted to visit the city a little bit, and we also wanted to make sure we get our plane on the next morning at 6am. The inside of the hotel is nice and clean. The room has nothing really special, but we did not need much. This hotel was just perfect for us for one night. Good price for what you get. They also provide great service: call taxis for you, do wake up call for you, and provide breakfast in a box if you need to leave very early.
