I like this particularly because this hotel is right on the main road to the airport, and secondly and i think more important is that all rooms has sun light directly to the room. Good for morning sunlight to get in this hotel

Overall good, The room is big, and clean, location is close to the airport, and swimming pool is very good. But one thing that was unfortunate was shower head it was not clean.

I like this hotel for its light but water system needs cleaning”
I like this hotel for its light. All rooms is directly exposed to the sun, so it is clear, bright and direct access to the sun. Not require electric light all the time. The toilet and water system needs repair

First day: shocked by the towel (the towel is very old and looked so dirty),they should not give it for the customer. Fortunately, I brought my own towel. The worst thing is there was a cockroch and so many mosquitoes in the room. I complained about it to the hotel staff. Lucky me , they responed it very well. In the next day, I got a very white and clean towel. In last they, another shocking thing happened. The flush of the closet did not work. Oh my gosh, I never experienced these kind of horrible things even in the 2 stars hotel. The only good thing for this hotel is the staff. They are very kind and responsive at handling complain. Well , if you stay for only 1 night is ok, but I don't recommend for staying more than a night. You have better find another hotel with the same price. There are many good hotel and worth to stay in Jogjakarta much better than this hotel.

The hotel is quite good but the water in the bathroom is stagnant and the toilet is problematic. Complaints that the rooms are less responsive and seem slow. I think that the post-corona pandemic preparations are not optimal.

Booking in this hotel because of the location, very near from airport. But, dissappointed with the room cleanliness. I found dusty floor in the corner of the room. And noise sound from toilet (spooky sound) around 3AM. Breakfast taste was so so, nothing special.

Great hotel but very less maintenance.. At least the staff could see where the room that already being booked by customer and prepare it very well.. Last nite I stayed in the room #301, it look like never been cleaned for a very long time...

Stayed in suite room but the room was bad. Bathroom drainage clogged. Room quite big but looks old and empty. Breakfast was basic and tasteless.
