I enjoyed our stay here in Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria. The location is superb as it is connected to Robinsons Galleria. The staffs are friendly, the breakfast buffet is good with a variety of choices, and the hotel room is clean and comfortable. As it has been in service for years, the hotel may update its furniture and bathroom countertop. There's nothing wrong with those, but they can update those to refurbish the room. I would still recommend this hotel! I hope their spa opens soon.

The room we stayed in was so nice, and the staffs greeted us as soon as we arrived. Our room was also clean and sanitized well. It was really an experience and having a direct bridgeway going to the Robinson's Galleria is a plus for me since we wanted to buy food and just eat in our room. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great location & breakfast, but may require modernization”
Excellent location - very near Robinson's Galleria, The Podium, and SM Megamall. Breakfast was impeccable - excellent choices, great service, delicious food Facilities - may be a bit modern, pattern and color scheme still follow the wood/brown palette of old hotels. Would be good if colors are brighter. Deposit process - Although it was waived upon check-in, it would be good if they revisit the process of collecting fees. I understand from the staff that even if I provide the cash deposit, it will take some time before it can be returned. Why can't the staff just issue a receipt and have the guest present it upon check-out? Unless the staff are not comfortable in handling money and may have encountered a precedent that had some issues, I would understand.

We booked for a surprisingly low price and we were given a huge discount for the food as well. They are really accommodating. We asked for a crib and they gave us one. Very supportive when my baby got a little sick, the nurse was awesome and they show genuine concern. Love this place.

The staff were very prompt and responsive during our 4 days stay in the hotel. Though with minimal manpower, we didn't feel any neglect or delay in our requests. Their housekeeping and front desk team are superb and very positive even during these times. It is not my first time to check in this hotel but the service remain the same.
