I have been around the world both solo, with teens, with kids, and with just one teen. In Aruba, we did not feel safe. From the transportation to walking at night even just from the dining places to our room - it was always with a looking over our shoulder type of vibe. They call themselves the friendly Island; that is a joke.

Excellent service from Mr. Gaston and his team. Lovely home made breakfast every morning, serviced in the garden at the pool area. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and shower. We highly recommend this place if you a are looking for a perfect hide away paradise in Aruba.

I was amazed at the continued effort being made to keep the grounds and facilities clean and inviting. The support staff, regardless of title, was friendly, aware, and supportive.. This was very important to us because it was our first trip to Aruba and my husband has some physical limitations.

We just spent 10 nights in 1 bedroom apt which we would highly recommend. The small complex is extremely well cared for + clean. Stephan and his partner have created a wonderful spot. Too bad that we stay only one night at La Cabana. We will be going there again and for a longer time, anytime soon this year. We loved the place and the people. Employees were very polite and professional.

The plus is the holiday atmosphere. Great location, beach, amazing staff, and plenty of food choice. We would come back. A huge minus is the wifi. No wifi in the rooms, and only 1hr a day free in the lobby after every 24hrs. Wifi nowadays is in many hotels a standard service, so to me this was a lack of service in the Barcelo.

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. We booked 2 nights in December and ended up leaving early after the first night. We checked in around 8, the receptionist was very friendly. Really great location - close to the kitesurfing beach, away from the tourist crowds, but still close enough to the city. Rooms were okay, needs some updating, hooks, doormats... They don't provide shampoo. Was great to have a simple kitchenette to make some meals. Could be better stocked (eg. there is no ladle for soups or sauces). Working WiFi although slow at times ...

The apartment was super clean. Staff so friendly and helpful. The location is not far from the airport but I suggest having a car to go around

I suggest the you walk 5 minutes towards the casino and use the chairs and parasol there. The ones at the Blue residences and the beach is disappointing. But it is very nice and clean. I would return.

Lalita is friendly and a super-host! She picked up me at the airport and she was always offering to drop me by. Very nice place, with a lot of comfort and beautiful details. I totally recommend Bubaly Studio.

Everything was perfect. The staff was wonderful and they made the beach wedding go off without a hitch. Very professional. The food is tremendous and the bars and entertainment kept the party going.
