Everything is still new”
This hotel is in a great location. In the heart of Makati. The bedding uses quality sheets. The room is spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable. Be careful if you get a King Suite, the king suites are located street side and anything below the 5th floor, you can easily hear noise from the street, the windows do a poor job of keep out the noise. If you didn't know, the hotel is in a busy area with lots of bars around, so you will definitely hear noise from the street late into the night. Get a high floor and all is quiet. Also, the king suite has the TV in a swivel frame, unfortunately this frame the TV is in prevents you from using any HDMI ports. So I couldn't plug in my Laptop and watch stuff. They have a great breakfast. Many hot options and the food was good. Probably some of the best beef tapas I have had. It was only 600 pesos, consider that if you are booking without breakfast included. Paying for breakfast separately was actually cheaper for me. If you want more options, walk next door to the City Grand for their breakfast, although its more expensive. The pool up top is nice and they have a massage area. It says open 24 hours, but be warned, there isn't always a masseuse available. If you are looking for a late night massage or early morning, best to reserve ahead.

Newest Pet-Friendly Hotel”
Pros: 1) Pet-Friendly, I was been able to bring 2 furbabies (medium size). Note that there are only assigned 2 floors for Pet-friendly room so better inform them ahead. No Pet-Fee. Need to do ₱4,000 security deposit (will be returned upon check-out). Room is very clean and does not smell. 2) Staffs are all attentive to the needs of their customers, very helpful 3) This hotel is new, facilities are all up-to date. Hotel room layout & amenities are well thought of. Kudos to this! Our room has ref, microwave, tv with cable, reading light (both sides of the bed), vanity mirror, big mirror, cabinets, weighing scale, lots of pillows (5 pillows per bed), bathtub with rainshower head Cons 1) Hope that there was a curtain between the bathtub/shower area and bedroom (for privacy of person using the bathtub) 2) bedside sockets should also include usb ports 3) Improve breakfast buffet selection (pancakes and bacon served are hard to eat, very limited selection) Over-all, I’m super happy with my stay. I’ll be back for sure! Though maybe I won’t be booking room that includes breakfast buffet.

Almost Perfect Experience”
Honest Review. The Stay Would Have been Much better if the All Staffs are Polite like LJ from The Pool Bar, The Life Guard As well as the valet Parking staff who attended to us. Though Others almost made us Feel un welcome they totally are different. In Philippines it's hard to find a someone who will deliver a service based on the training that they attended and that is exactly the experienced we had. We know they have proper training on handling Guests but they choose to ignore those and wear the "who cares" attitude on their sleeves, though others are acceptable Please Note that the Bar Tenders from Your I guess Top Amenities which is the the pool Area are un acceptable. They made us Feel uncomfortable for giving us indirect Comments regarding the Beverage we ordered "Virgin Mojito" We requested it becuase we are confident they can deliver it but instead of delivering it proud and happy as this is a "requested" order they made Comments such as "Pano Mag aksaya ng 300 mo?" And Gave us a this Loud Music "Totoy Bibo" I guess they never Thought we wouldn't notice? Not because we did Not react means It wasn't offensive we just ignored it because we know it will Not make any difference if we confront them. I Just Hope they Treat "All" guests wt equal respect and Dignity as we chose to be in a Hotel for few days to be away from all stress of work and another stress is the last thing we want to encounter. While LJ and the life guard was great everyone from Pool bar made our stay like we do Not Belong. It would Have been a great experinece without the ATTITUDE. For a 4 star Hotel it is well Maintained and has Great ameneties. BUT DROP THE ATTITUDE. GUESTS COMES BACK FOR THE SERVICE AND Not JUST FOR THE HOTEL itself. Thanks.

My family loved our stay at Coro Hotel! Seeing that I have an infant with me, Angel, the front desk officer, allowed us to check-in at as early as 1230pm when the official check-in time was 3pm. All the staff including the parking attendants, pool staff, and room service were amiable and accommodating. One room service staff even set up a warm bubble bath in our room bath tub. Amenities were awesome! We especially loved the bathroom for its bath tub, warm lighting, hair dryer, 2 hot and cold showers, and the soap and shampoo dispenser. Plus points for the service area with sink, microwave, ref and plates. Electrical outlets were plenty and there were many lightings to choose from. Truly a hassle-free stay! Staying at the pet floor, the downside was barking dogs could be heard in our room causing our own dog to be fussy all night. Also, though our room was non-smoking, I could smell cigarette smoke from the aircon vents. I kept on sneezing due to allergies. Overall, highly recommended! One of those hotels that we don't mind visiting again. Made our Christmas memorable!

Best Hotel Staycation”
We had a lovely stay. The interior is on point, clean and cozy. We love the huge smart tv, good AC temp and rainfall shower. What we liked the best is they are pet friendly. We stayed with our pet, free of charge. Everything has been provided - good quality mattress, comforter, pillows and towels. Complete set of toiletries as well. Coffee and tea were replenished daily. Location is superb, there are lots of restaurants nearby. We tried their rooftop bar as well, their happy hour is worth the price, delicious food and cocktails. And the ambiance is nice. Customer service is excellent too. We had a problem with their tv and they replaced it right away. Lobby staff is just one call away and all your needs will be provided. Staff are all nice and friendly. There is an opportunity to improve the breakfast buffet. Selection was limited during our stay, there were only 2 viands (fish fillet and beef tapa); and were not replenished in a timely manner. But this does not affect our overall experience. Highly recommended and looking forward in our next stay.

Exceptional”
Location is very accessible. We could walk or grab a taxi to anywhere in Makati. A Starbucks is just across the hotel. North Park and 7 Eleven are just a few meters away. Parking is outdoors only though, at this time. Staff are all friendly and quick to respond to requests. They all look well-trained and sincere. Thankful that they have rooms good for 4 adults, as we travelled as a family with older kids. We didn't get the buffet breakfast because we're not used to getting up early for breakfast anyway. Room was spacious enough, very clean, well-designed, bed and sheets really heavenly. The bathroom had a bath tub that's not slippery! Toiletries, slippers, towels and robes provided. You just need to ask for additional if you are 4 in a room as they prepared 2 sets of each only. There was a bidet, thank God! Hot water working. There's just one room key so it's quite a challenge. They said they'll have more room keys available in the future. They've just opened in 2022. The pool was small, but enough to take a dip in. There's a separate pool for young kids. There were cabanas and lounge chairs provided around the pool area. Nice to take our coffee there in the morning. We forgot our swim suits so we didn't get to use the pool. WIFI is very satisfactory. There's just one login access throughout the entire hotel, whether in the room, lobby or roof deck. All in all, it was a great experience for us. We'll definitely be back :)

The Best Hotel!”
My family stayed here for 2weeks and I must say that Coro Hotel is by far the BEST hotel of all hotels that we’ve been to. It’s super nice, clean, kid friendly and pet friendly. One more reason why we love this hotel is that ALL the staffs were so nice, accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Philippines ❤️

The hotel gave me a free upgrade to Deluxe because they weren't able to accommodate one of my special requests -- which is fine! My room was obviously too spacious and big for a solo traveler like me but overall, I enjoyed my stay. Water heater was working, VERY STABLE WIFI, and staff were very accommodating, too. I only had one complain during my stay and it was the smell of the room. I guess it came from the air vents/aircon (smelled like an old furniture). I had to call housekeeping to spray some room fragrance because I could not handle the smell. I slept while covering my nose with the comforter LOL. But yeah, if you will be doing some meetings and work like me, their WiFi is so good!

One thing to note, their parking is first come first serve since its limited so best to come early than ur check in time to secure a spot. Overall, they have great cafe at the lobby too, nice food at the rooftop bar, clean rooms. Just a bit wonky on the wifi on some hours but its great the room has a decent space to serve as ur your work station if you plan to get some work done or go thru zoom meetings. Good size of room, comfortable bed plus the staff is really attentive. We will definitely be back. Plus++ pool is open up to 12mn I believe so we were able to enjoy having late night drinks at the poolside and taking a dip. And they have happy hours for unlimited cocktails til 9pm so ++

Great hotel and awesome location in makati close to all the action! Hotel was wonderful couldn't have asked for a better stay. Super clean and the staff was great! Aubrey and Ritz at the front desk were amazing! Love them they always took care of my request as I kept extending cause I enjoyed my stay there so much. If there is any flaw I would say is the shower it’s good but since there is no door the water always seems to seep out and the bath floor mat always get soaked. Aside from that don’t hesitate it’s a great hotel with great facilities and staff. Will be back!

Good: Loved their 2 queen beds with 4 pillows each. AC was powerful. Bathroom & essentials all good. Loved their spacious food hall. Staff was really warm and friendly. You may also arrange for your suitcase to be deposited in the lobby if you want to roam around before your flight. Great location to go around the city, Starbucks across the street. Others: No iron & ironing board in room, outlets to charge device can't fit adaptors properly, bfast was ok other hotels nearby have better bfast. Check in took too long, when we checked out, took too long again, errors in billing and they were gonna charge us for a hand towel that was missing, staff later found it. We were always in a hurry so it wasn't good. We did not check the pool and bar, no time. Still reco the hotel for their rooms and location.

Best hotel in the Philippines so far”
Can’t say enough great things about the place. Yes you will pay a bit more but trust me it’s worth it. Place is brand new, spotlessly clean and has all too end amenities in the room including great comfortable beds. The staff are lovely and the place has a fantastic rooftop pool and gym for use. If you stay here and don’t take advantage of the 5 hour unlimited cocktails at the rooftop bar it’s a sin. If you want to be in makati Poblacion area you can’t be the location and my advice is spend the bit extra for 5 star luxury. I don’t think you’ll regret it.

Worth it!”
My sisters and I really had a nice time staying in your hotel. We got the Deluxe Twin room and it was huge and fantastic. Everything was there and complete except for a small thing which was not having any shower caps. LOL. The male staff including those at the main door entrance and in-charge of the luggages were all very accommodating and smiling 🙂

best hotel I've stayed at the price that I paid for”
Our first stay here costed us just under 5k php and the room was big and had a nice bed. pretty big for a queen. We liked the hotel so much we stayed for another time right before we had back to japan and I went and booked for the king sized bed room with a kitchenette and that room was pretty great too. if I had the money to spare I'd definitely try their rooms with private pool.

We really loved our stay at Coro!! Super clean, and all of the staff are very helpful and accommodating. What I really liked about the room we got is the bathtub. Parking is kinda hassle though, but they offer valet for free. No pet fee as well. Our dog loved our room so much!

We booked for 3days/2nights stay and it was great. Hotel staffs were courteous and friendly. Facilities and amenities are clean and complete. Kids enjoyed swimming at their pool with a great view especially at night.

Great experience for the family”
The hotel is nice and clean. Stayed here with the family to celebrate my husband's birthday. They were able to accommodate my request to have the room decorated (with additional fee) and have the cake prepped in the room before we came in. I like that the bar is in the same floor as the pool. My husband and I has the unlimited beer and cocktails while the kids are swimming. Overall, a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay even though it was just overnight. The room is spacious, clean and very mabango. The beds are superb with many pillows, which is the best part for me. I hope you could provide 2 keycards per room and pls fix the play area for kids, it was not like in the picture shown on your website. Aside from a rude telephone operator (Talked to her at around midnight to ask for service water and rudely answered me, "transfer ko kayo sa bar" repeating the same thing while I am still talking.) overall it was sulit and will highly recommend Coro to fam and friends. Thank you so much Coro Hotel and especially to the very nice "lobby people" they have there! Kudos!
