    “Great place to stay!”

    We had a great time. Since we stayed in a condo we could bring food and drinks. We were also able to eat out and buy supplies in the near barangay. The room was neat, clean, and had everything we needed. We had wifi, cable and the aircon was great. We’d stay again the next time we go back to Pico. Great for a family of 4-5. Just be aware that there are guest fees and for facilities as well.

    “Better to stay in the pico sand hotel”

    Unit was lousy toilet was not so clean and shower was broken. Beds are not comfy no towel no toilet papers etc This was first time i stayed in the condo unit very disappointing. But the resort itself is very nice and beautiful. Their food is good too. Its just this condo unit so lousy maybe the owner should fix it before they rent out.

    “TOO pricey”

    Pros: the condo was very spacious. We came as a family of 3 but I'm sure 2 more people would fit comfortably. Staff is very welcoming as well. The facilities were good but extra crowded so we couldn't really make use of the pool. It was easy to get around though through shuttle Cons: food at the resort is unbelievably pricey and not good at all. We ordered a mango shake by the beach and it cost around P250. A meal for 3 people (which just includes a main course and a drink) would easily cost P1500-P2000. If you are planning on going here, you can bring food and cook it in the condo suite or just drive outside of the resort as there are nearby restaurants.
