We stayed here initially for 7 nights and had a sea view room with balcony. From the minute we walked into the hotel the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Our room was big, had a balcony overlooking the sea and also had a bath with a view overlooking the city which was beautiful. The room was clean and had a great rain shower which plenty of hot water. The location was perfect, a lovely beach just across the road and plenty of shops and eateries within a few minutes walk. Nice bars/restaurants across the road (one night had live music which was quite loud but stopped at 11pm) Nice beachfront walks at night which were all lit up. Nice rooftop pool with views overlooking beach and city. Breakfast was good lots of choice, hot and cold dishes and not too busy. They had two dining rooms which I think helped to stop overcrowding. Gym was small. Whilst it shows the hotel as being 5* I think realistically speaking it was a good 4* but still very nice. We enjoyed our stay here that much that we booked a further 7 days. Hotel was great value for money and in a great location. Would definitely recommend and use again. We enjoyed our stay here very much and decided to stay another week.
My family and I had a 6-day, 5-night vacation in Nha Trang and stayed at the Comodo hotel. The first thing before entering the hotel was that the male staff helped us carry our luggage, and they were also very enthusiastic in assisting us during check-out. The reception staff was very friendly and ready to support us with any issues we encountered during our stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and they were cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast buffet was quite delicious and had different dishes every day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay here.
I had 2 nights of rest at the hotel. First, the parking area for taxis at the hotel is not very spacious; it can only comfortably accommodate about 2 cars at most. When it was raining, the staff standing at the door did not hold an umbrella or help carry luggage for guests; only later did one staff member come out to assist. The service at the hotel is basic, with the wifi being inconsistent – sometimes available, sometimes not. This is very inconvenient and does not match the standards of a 4-star hotel, let alone the 5 stars mentioned on Agoda. The room has a beautiful direct sea view. It is large, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet can be described as filling but not tasty. In my opinion, the hotel is worth around 3 and a half stars.
I have returned here quite a few times and am very satisfied with the service. The reception desk is very enthusiastic, helping guests book rooms at the best possible prices, always cheerfully and patiently guiding and answering guests' questions. The staff here are extremely friendly. I had a very enjoyable vacation. Thank you all very much. 10 points are not enough but 🤭

The service here is very good, the staff is enthusiastic and takes care of customers, from luggage handling to resolving arising issues. Our room had a partial sea view, so we thought the view would be beautiful. But NOT AT ALL, the window is very large, so we can see the whole beautiful port. The buffet is just okay, with quite a few duplicate dishes. The room is clean, but some equipment is quite weak, such as the desk lamp, and the bathroom door of my room had a broken lock (I had to call someone to open it three times). Overall, this hotel is worth the money, located in a prime spot right in the center of Tran Phu Street, convenient for beach bathing and moving to delicious restaurants and famous attractions. It's better to book through Agoda for a lower price. Love❤!
