Communicative Owner ”

the owner is communicative but sadly the room AC was not working. Though the owner offered to change unit but it was a hassle for me. It’d be best if owner check all things in the unit regularly. And also the electricity went off when i use a hairdryer - idk why. In conclusion, i had to spent a night without AC, can’t connect to wifi, and electricity off the next morning

It's unbelievably bad”

Please take care of the cleanliness.. Too many insects in the property.. Found cockroaches everywhere, the AC is leaking , No Wi-fi (which I expected, coz it stated on the facilities), the utensils are unclean. Such a pity.. great location and owner.. but, it's a pity the property is not well mantained.

Can be better”

Location is very good for West Surabaya but far from City. Aircon leaking. No kettle, pot and pan. Too much cockroach. Asked for towel. Only one given. No change of bedspread and towel for 5 days. No kitchen light and hot shower. Good security and lobby. Easy collection of key. Owner replied Whatsapp fast. Food court, cinema and supermarket available. Good place to stay if maintained well.
