Overpriced and Worn Down”
The place is in need of a good renovation. Buttons are popping off elevators, doors are scratched, walls are damaged and the showers show a lot of decay. The lobby area is a little deceiving as it’s well kept but as soon as you move beyond it, you’ll see it doesn’t give the full picture. All of that said, the front desk staff is helpful and friendly, and in a genuine manner instead of robotic. I think that’s why you see so many positive reviews, people do make a place.

Solid airport hotel with helpful staff”
Comfort Suites is a comfortable, clean airport hotel with a reliable pick-up and dropoff service. The staff was kind and helpful! We were not too far from Flamingo Gardens, a wildlife sanctuary, that we wanted to check out. And, it took us about 30 minutes to drive to visit friends living near the beach. But, we didn't mind the distance. Our comfortable, affordable hotel choice helped make it a fun Fort Lauderdale getaway!

Very clean property, close to shops. Breakfast is okay minimal choice but it’s free. Fridge and microwave in room. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept in ever. Would recommend this to a couple or a family room has a corner sofa that is also a sofa bed. Decent size room.

Stayed here when a flight was delayed . Great shuttle service, clean comfortable room, and included generous breakfast offerings . Staff was very friendly and helpful. We are across the street at the Las Vegas Cuban restaurant, which was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel provides free airport shuttle and the staffs are friendly. The room is clean too. On leisure side, the hotel location to Sawgrass Mills outlet shopping is real good, about 20 mins travel by car / cab.

Clean hotel and nicely decorated.”
I did have problems with cold water on my 3 day stay but service men came down and looked at it and then it warmed up. But that last morning I got up at 5am and let water run a long time and continued cold but then when they came down after checking upstairs it warmed up and i was finally able to have a warm shower. Mgr promised some kind of reimbursement but it never happened.

Shuttle was terrible. The guy that got off at 11 (Eric) forgot to tell the oncoming shift that we needed picked up. He also gave terrible directions about where to go to get picked up (a simple "go to the white tent") and accurate van description (black NOT white) would have cleared up any confusion. After numerous calls and 45 minutes we got picked up. All was well after that.

I thank sincerely Miss Shawn who allowed me to check-in early without additional charge. The free shuttle driver Mr. Victor is a hardworking. He came 5minutes before my scheduled ride to the airport at 5am. The bed is super comfy. The room is clean. I love the location po.

Pretty basic place to overnight. Mostly clean but it looks old and run down, and smells like mustiness and strong air freshener. One of those hotels where when you pull in you’re disappointed already.

je confirme que la literie est excellente. nous avons apprécié également le service gratuit de navettes vers l'aéroport (départ de l'hôtel toutes les heures et pick up à l'aéroport à la demande en téléphonant avec une prise en charge dans les 15 minutes. par contre un effort pourrait être fait sur la qualité du petit déjeuner . sinon la chambre était très propre.
