Cruising Stop Over”
We are senior couple and stayed here two nights before a cruise. Our room was clean and quiet. They offer shuttle from the airport but only till 11 pm. The shuttle driver got pretty aggressive with us because he was impatient to get off work! We were dragging our suitcases to the shuttle which was quite always from the baggage collection. He called to say he wasn’t waiting for us! I said well the other couple we travel with are there and we are coming down the side walk. You can probably see us. It’s not 11 yet and we are going as fast as we can. Anyway he was very rude but we tipped him and back at the hotel he was sweet as pie. They do not offer a free shuttle to the port. We paid $15 per person for All Stars shuttle. You have to call and pay ahead for this service. There is very little around this hotel like shopping or restaurants which isn’t a plus. They do offer breakfast but it isn’t anything special. No restaurant on site. It’s fine for a night but I probably wouldn’t stay again. I would find something with more options around it.

Is was quite noisy with someone with kids banging their toys and screaming all night. Also there was police one early morning knocking on doors etc. location great. Cigaret smoke was choking my break in the corridor. Free breakfast was a total waste of time. Staff were accommodating and pleasant. I wouldn’t stay there again. I think this place needs to put some ground rules and enforce it especially the noise level.

1. We booked with this hotel mainly because it advertised a free airport shuttle and free breakfast. Neither of these amenities were available because of the Covid-19 situation, I understand that but this should have been mentioned on the website before we made our reservation. If we had known we would have chosen a cheaper hotel without these amenities. 2. When we checked in we found a half empty beer can and a dirty wash cloth on the window sill. 3. The lamp next to the sofa could not be plugged into the wall outlet (for some reason) and therefore reading while sitting on the sofa was not possible. Not a good experience.
