Cheap and clean room. Only that the refrigerator and the owner lives on the second floor. Although management is weak and clean water when you shower.

We had a great stay here. Clean rooms, a nice patio on the roof with hammocks and chairs, a kitchen, and yoga sometimes as well. The best place to stay. When realty is better than expectations. Super friendly and helpful stuff especially Oscar. Food was amazing. AC was always working, good price for drinks. I checked in once and came back twice. Highly recommend!

The service and hotel we're by far one of the best things of my time in Tulum. if this hotel is available book it ASAP.

Very happy with clean rooms and bathrooms perfect location in a quite spot but just down the road to a yoga studio and restraunts. Staff very helpful. Got a delicious fruit platter and coffee for breakfast which was a very good price too :)

Small toilet seat, does not feat toilet. NO INTERNET. Every morning waking us up to tell us check time is 11:AMEN. One chair for two people.

The hotel is perfectly located, with good access to public transport and some nice restaurants around (papaya pizza, la coqueta). The pool, the garden, as well as the interior design of the rooms are beautiful! Irma and her team are very helpful and so amiable! Muchas gracias por todo!

Forget this place if you have just one night in Tulum, choose another one. The staff is nice, but the pool is not clean, the shower has a trickle of water. Not hot Lot of mosquitos in the room because they let the rooms open when they are empty. The cooler works but too much noises so we had to stop it during the night and the heat comes quickly..

Elements is a very charming boutique hotel just a few steps away from the busy main road, the beach is about 4km away. You can lend bikes for free to move around Tulum and the beaches. The hotel is small and simple, but the second is great ! The pool is fabulous, and the free bike rental made our trip... The only thing I would mention is that the bathroom was tiny- and the room smelled a little damp with no AC, Overall we loved it and definitely return ❤

I don't really agree with the term "glamping". Neither is it glamorous nor is it really camping. The "tents" are more like bungalows with walls made of fabric and an outdoor bathroom. Nice, laid-back hide-away in the yucatan jungle, far away from mainstream all-inclusive tourism. Also far away from the ocean. So you might need a car... Good italian food...

not far away from city center, include simple breakfast. You dont know it is a hotel when you arrive, but after check in, you will love its forest feel, only 8 -10 rooms, a rope bed outside your room, comfortable in your room, must try one night in Tulum!

Stayed with my friend for 4 nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room is very clean and location great as near a taxi rank and about 3km either way to beach, Gran cenote and Tulum ruins. Pics don't do justice. Pool area is stellar oasis. Reception is friendly and extremely helpful--hidden gem we found accidentally. This is in downtown area off main drag. Bicycle distance to beach (about 25 min by bike).

What a great place. It was a condo in a hotel. There was a living room, dining area, kitchen ready if you wanted to cook, a bedroom with a king size comfy bed and a nice size bathroom. The pool looked very inviting and each room had its own balcony. The staff were excellent- professional, friendly, and very helpful. When I return to Tulum, Palms is where I will stay!
