Our stay was relatively pleasant. The only downfall was that they don't accept credit cards, so that threw us off a bit financially. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we quite liked our room. The hostel is near the medina as well as the water, and we enjoyed walking along and dining beside the beach.

A little difficult to get to initially buy I guess that's part of the fun of being in morocco. Was greeted by some awesomely friendly staff who were always at hand to give us tips on places to visit in the city and answer any questions were had.

The owner of the Riad is 50% of the charm. She is nice, welcoming, interesting and fun. It was a great stay if only for our chats. 1. THe apartment is big, spacious and offers everything we need on travel. 2. THe location is at the main street, but not noisy. It is very convenient for transportation purposes. 3. The rooftop terrace is a bonus to enjoy the whole city view of Tangiers.

Obviously not a 4 star hotel by american or european standards but a nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Very nice romantic bar inside the hotel. We would stay there again but not interested in visiting Tangier again.

We got a great price for our room at the Chellah and our stay was very comfortable. The only negative aspect was the staff at reception. After paying cash on arrival, then extending our stay and paying up front, we were accused of not having paid the bill the day before leaving! This was my first visit to Tangier and staying at this Riad in the old medina gave us a real flavor of the city. Easy walking distance to the central plaza with a large fountain and several shops. Got a good tip for Friday Coucous at Darna off the plaza.

From the bell boy to the reception to the housekeeping, everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. I really appreciated it. The view from the hotel is beautiful, it overlooks the waters. I would definitely stay there again.

The room is so big. Receptionist is very help. Hot water is not enough. It needs time to wait for next wave of hot water after someone finish shower. The hotel is located 1km away from train station，and 10 min from beach. And there is a big mall near hotel，which is opposite to train station.

Loved this place, it was incredibly beautiful, you feel like stepped back in time. I would definitely recommend this place. The only small complaint I would have is the room above was kind of loud. It woke us up multiple times, I ended up wearing earplugs, so it was fine after that.
