"Took my shoes off at the door and was suddenly welcomed by a smile! One of many smiles I received during my stay at Onederz!! The check in process was simple and easy, I got shown to my room and a staff members took my bag to my room, I walked into the dorm amd honestly it was like walking into a hotel!! Spacious rooms with lockers for your luggage and valuables, a padlock is given on check in also! I was delighted by the services offered at this Hostel, Laundry, Bus tickets (international also), printing and so much more... The best service I took whilst staying here was their tour, Mr Hat's Angkor Wat Travel Tour... greeted by the man himself and explained step by step what would be included and the places we would visit... I took the private tour which was by far the best thing I've done in Cambodia!! the team at Onederz including Mr Hat himself are all divine and will go to every measure to make sure your stay in Siem Reap is sensational!! A wide variety of dormitory's with 4, 6 and 12 beds and best of all a while private building filled with private rooms accross the road.... You won't find anything better in Siem Reap, you definitely get what you pay for!!!! This place feels so much like home, I never wanted to leave! The breakfast, lunch and dinner menu is perfect for note to eat or a sit down meal, you won't be disappointed with the quality or the friendly service to your table? the common area lies on the ground floor of the main building offering a variety of seating and relaxing beanbags in the corner to chill out on... there's always a gentle touch of music that sets the mood and is calm and relaxed!! What more could you want??!! but wait that's not all, the rooftop pool is crystal clear with an abundance of sunshine and many great laughs with other guests soaking in the sun or in the pool itself! I don't know how better to rate this Hostel because it deserves 100% it's near perfection but pretty damn close!!!! Yousi (The owner) alw"

"I highly recommend this place! The hotel staff were great - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities are nice - including the outdoor pool. There is a cheap internet place across the street and also Lucky Mall which has a grocery store, ice cream shop, ATM, etc. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to town (or $1 US tuk tuk ride). Definitely head to town (Pub Street) for dinner. There are a lot of great, inexpensive places to eat (and drink). We really enjoyed our stay here and in Siem Reap and highly recommend the hotel. "

"I went with my family including my parents, and booked 3 double rooms. The staff at the hotel were kind enough to upgrade one of the rooms to villa for my parents. The service was excellent, staff were very very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great as well, just 5 mins walk to pub street/old market. Just 1 minor thing to point out - the sockets in the rooms cannot cater for 3-pin plugs, which is quite unusual. I have stayed in a couple other hotels in Siem Reap and am currently working in Phnom Penh. All such places have 3-pin sockets, and due to such reason, we did not bring any international adapter, thinking that the sockets in this hotel would cater for 3-pin plugs as well. That said, the hotel staff were nice enough to allow us to charge our power banks overnight at the reception desk area, which we greatly appreciate. Thanks again! Overall a great stay and it is definitely value for money."

"Hotel is clean, high standard, with perfect location (quiet area, short walk to center), great pool, and I think friendliest and most helpful, caring staff I ever met in my life. A highlight of my trip to Cambodia, ideal to chill after Angkor Wat and explore all the fun in Siem Reap and area. Well deserved stars in this hotel. I just hope that staff around world could be taught how to approach and treat guests from guys in Grand Elysee."

"Our stay at Lub d Cambodia was fantastic. We booked a private room that was facing the pool, which can be quite noisy at night. We requested for a different room and it was granted immediately. The staff was very friendly; they took care of all our concerns and answered our questions well. The place was located near Pub Street and other interesting places in Siem Reap. Getting around on bike, which is available at the hostel for rent, is the best way to see the town. We’ll definitetly go back!"
