"This hotel is very clean, comfortable and a little different in a good way. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The hotel has lovely views over the water. There were no restaurants open at night in Kashikojima, so you need to be prepared to go into Ugata (about 5 or 10 mins in a car) or bring food with you. The station shop is open until 7 p.m. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we were going back."

"Location is great for visiting park. Hotel rooms are clean, have in-room fridge, and spa waters are in bathrooms. Be advised that dining options are limited to hotel only restaurants (expensive) and theme park restaurants during operating hours due to location, not near town or station area. Hotel has bus service to Ugata station (approximately 600 yen one way per person and taxi is 1700 yen one-way) from approximately 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, limiting dinner options to hotel only."
