Where to stay in San Cristobal De Las Casas
San Cristobal De Las Casas hotels & accommodations
Not the most social hostel due to it being all private rooms and just one 6 bed dorm. The beds were amazing! Mattresses were so comfortable, felt like i was in a tree house, staff were amazing and super helpful and 10/10 for the lady at reception who was as terrified as me of spiders but made sure the garden spider that had wandered intl my room was removed safely.
Nice place to stay with everything available, resting area, kitchen, garden, sauna, bar,... Nice staff, good location and clean rooms. Advised place
This is an excellent hotel with charm, at the city centre of San Cristobal de las Casas, with nice rooms, comfortable beds, and a good patio and common area. They also have a deal with a nearby parking lot where one can park the car. We stayed two nights with our four children. The staff was nice and helpful.
This hotel was fine for what I needed at the time. It was easy to walk to everything that you want to see, find food etc. The window opens on to the courtyard so there was not a lot of natural light., but I found it to be quiet. The wifi did not work well at all so if you need to work remotely you would want to make sure you were in a room closer to the street as it wo...
I chose this hotel becasue in the Agoda search filters I select the option breakfast included, so I had like 5 option of hotels with this amenity but I end up with Hotel Mansion del Valle (I have the screen shots of the breakfast included very clear), when I paid after the taxes, fee, etc. I could not see any written indications that said breakfast included, I’m not a...
The hotel is located a bit far from the center near an area of some shopping malls. Staff was friendly and always very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Definitely recommend the hotel for people spending few days in San Cristobal
this is a marvellous little 2 story hotel around a central garden overlooking the mountains around san cristobal. the rooms are huge and decorated in beautiful spanish colonial style. breakfast is basic but good quality. staff is very friendly. 3 blocks walk from the ave guadalupe with restaurants, bars and shops. if you have a car, parking is 2 blocks away which is ki...
stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, rooms were very clean, breakfast is in a restaurant next to the hotel at the best beach of isla mujeres. wifi available only at the restaurant. excellent location close to the center, very quite, next to the best beach.
This is a lovely hotel, with a beautiful courtyard/garden, roof terrace with view over San Cristobal, and nice rooms. It is centrally located, 4 blocks from the main street, in close proximity to bars and restaurants. We did not try the café/restaurant, but for the rest, highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay in San Cristobal.
If visiting San Cristobal again I would stay here at this bed and breakfast, comfy, cozy and clean.. the only thing is our room is right by the front desk so you can here everything early in the morning but since we were planning on getting early starts to our day it was no bother for us . The staff is incredibly friendly!
At the time of writing this review, we have stayed in ten mid-range, town centre hotels around Mexico, since our arrival. Unfortunately, this one was the only disappointing one of them all. The room (#12) was pokey and smelt stale. The bathroom was even more cramped. The sink was surrounded by mould and rusty water had to be allowed to run out from the shower before we...
Pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. The location was great & close to the historic center, museums & restaurants. Everywhere was easily reached on foot. We booked our half day tour with the travel agency next door to Chamula a village close by. I highly recommend this eye-opening tour into the local indigenous culture. The staff were very friendly & helpful & ga...
The staff are really nice and helpful. The location is great. But the noise from early morning cleaners / late night rowdy guests and an almost all night Karrioke bar made the noise spoil it. And the internet doesn’t really work. Sorry. Liked the staff but the noise was too much.
the hotel is in the center, in a nice location easy to reach anything good place to stay, unfortunately they didn't have anything for breakfast
This is a beautiful property that is close enough to the heart of town to be convenient to walk to, but far enough away to be peaceful. They had a nice spread for breakfast, but unfortunately the food was a bit bland.
This was my first time staying here, I have stayed in other properties in town in the past. This one was remarkably quiet given it's location. Set back off the street enough to leave the crowds and the music in the street and not your room. The interior is echo prone, so if other guests are noisy you will hear that - but that is an unavoidable problem with this cons...
Beautifully designed high quality rooms with brand new and tasteful furnishings. Beautiful juliet balcony view into the courtyard with flowers. We had an extremely comfortable stay here. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Location perfect.
We liked our stay at the hotel. The complimentary coffee and bread for breakfast was delicious. The employees made us feel welcomed and they were very friendly.
We never actually got to stay in the Magnolia Suites. We booked to stay in the suites and promptly sent an email using their website to inform them that we would be arriving late in the evening. I did not get a response but assumed that this would be ok. When we arrived there was nobody to let us in. I then called the telephone number provided on the website and was t...

Really nice hostel, big chill out area both inside and out. Different food options each night and really good value. The burritos were the best. Little noisy on weekends from some bars across the road, with singing and bands playing until 5am

A lovely colonial town with a lot of shops and handicraft markets. Very easy to walk and find your way in the city center.
