"Staffs are excellent. They are willing to provide services beyond expectation and were generous. Facilities are great too. I was surprised to know their dropped off and pick up service are not limited in quantity. Some hotels only cater for 1x service (either pick up or drop off service), sometimes both. Yet, here, guests can ask to be picked up and dropped anywhere around Pekalongan."

"Stayed for two nights here and enjoyed every moment of it. Like stated in some reviews, the TV channels are very limited, but nevertheless, we don't stay in a hotel to watch TV. This so far the cheapest excellent 3 star hotel in Pekalongan. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Extremely recommended, keep up the good work Namira."

"this is our first time at this hotel and we do hope it will not be the last. it was a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the room is beautifully and tastefully done, very spacious. the only issue we had with the room is (1) we requested for a king/queen size bed but what we got was 2 single beds pushed together to form 1 large bed....not a good move by the management to do this and please do not do it again, (2) the shower, although excellent, BUT the water kept going back and forth to cold even though i had it on MIX.....do check this please. the food spread was good and very tasty. good job to the chef. the selection of food is very extensive but mainly catering to local type of food with not much choice for continental type of food. the staff were all great, friendly, very accommodating and very helpful....though it would be better if some or all of them have a better command of the english language (for foreign guests especially) the pool was great. however, 1 thing i noticed is that the water was a bit murky....not sure if it is due to poor filtration or is that the norm for pekalongan water. do a simple test - go underwater with a water proof camera and take a photo....for sure you will not be able to see the end of the pool from the other end. i did just that and it was very murky. keep up the great job....just some teething problems which are not hard to rectify."
