Great boutique hotel right in Newcastle city centre. Good value hotel which was spotless. No bar or restaurant during our stay due to refurbishment other wise no complaints. Some floors are not accessible directly via lift so had to carry bags down some stairs.

Stayed here for an anniversary, something I mentioned when booking, and the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us for free to a king size corner room with views of both bridges (Tyne & Millenium). Staff were excellent in every way and the overnight parking was cheap. All that and the best location in the city

The only hotel you should be staying in Tyneside if you are a Newcastle United fan. My room windows were facing St James Park stadium which is just across the road. Quite nice hotel in Jesmond with good standards. Stayed here for two nights and had a silent clean room with a good bed. Close to city centre and you can easily walk to Haymarket or take the metro only one station to be there. Fairly normal modern standard, but worth its price. It's a safe buy.

The price was very reasonable and we had a good nights sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel wasn't the greatest, however I wasn't expecting 5*. The staff were lovely and the service was 100%. For a last minute cheap overnight stay I would recommend it.

Have stayed multiple times and will continue to come back each time i visit newcastle. Great Hotel with very friendly staff who are willing to help out with anything. The only downside is the parking is sometimes difficult, although the hotel do provide a valet.

We were in Newcastle for a birthday shopping spree, it wasn't very far which made taxi affordable, didn't like location of the room as we were outside were they delivered laundry and emptied bottles etc, but otherwise we had a good stay.
