We had a good night sleep. - There is drinking water in the kitchen. We can cook our food there or make tea. - The area is ok. It’s pretty quiet at night so my little one can sleep well. (-) The receptionist was very late. We arrived at 3pm for check-in and the receptionist was not there. We were very tired and wanted to rest but have to waiting until around 6pm. Luckily the room was ready and clean when we checked-in."

"A new, quite large hotel in a well recognised US brand which was comfortable & super quiet. Staff were very helpful, friendly & efficient. I greatly appreciated the earlier check in. Rooms were of an excellent standard with just a couple of minor annoyances- no chair, limited coffee capsules with no other options(perhaps a kettle is better?),added "taxes" to the published tariff & no flexibility in the breakfast arrangements. I had a very early flight so wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast. It is only a few minutes from the subway & is very easy & quick to access the city centre & JFK airport. I didn't find any reasonable eating options in the immediate area but very easy to take the subway 2 or 3 stations. The value was somewhat diminished by the add-ons but for NY, still pretty good value & thoroughly recommended for comfort, quietness & convenience"
