"Nice hotel, but too overcrowded to enjoy. Had to wait in line to get to the elevator. Restaurants were booked. And you are not in walking distance to anything interesting. Long line just to enter the 7-11 in the hotel. In the morning, I went there to get something to eat, and it had been cleaned out like there was a zombie apocalypse. In general, not really a very interesting area to stay. Better to find cheaper hotel in Narita."

"This capsule hotel has excellent location for travellers arriving late at night or departing early in the morning from Narita Airport. Upon check in, you ill be given a toiletries bag with towels, pyjamas, slippers and toothbrush. The locker provided was also huge and could fit a 28" luggage with a travelling backpack. The bed and blanket was comfortable, and there were individual charging ports in each pod. It does not have the best noise reduction and you can easily hear people chatting and walking, but i think it is part of the beauty that makes this whole concept of resting and sleeping work -- people will quieten down unknowingly so everyone could rest. Definitely worth the price and it's quite an experience!"

"As others have noted, this was the biggest hotel room we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Japan! Design and amenities is similar to a North American hotel. They offer both a very regular shuttle in a full-sized coach bus to Narita Airport and, what we did not even realize, a shuttle to the Narita town, which is lovely and was a perfect place to spend our last afternoon in Japan. The Narita-san temple and grounds are amazing, there are lots of shops for last-minute souvenirs (green tea sweets!) and we lucked into a string-music festival in many venues along the Main Street on Oct 20. We did not really interact much with staff as we were there for a short stay. "

"We stayed in a Double room for one night prior to leaving Tokyo on an early flight. Given how far Narita airport is from the city this was the right call as the hotel is just one stop from T2, the staff were very friendly and easy going, lots of vending machines around as well as a 711 down the road. Its a 5 minute walk from Keisi-Narita staion and 3 minute walk from Narita station, very easy to see as you exit Narita stations west exit"
