Narita hotels & places to stay

I stayed here with my 7 years old and my parents. My daughter received an amenity for a kid like small size PJ, slipper, kid's tooth brash, and extra towels. A room and bathroom are very spacious compared to other hotels in Narita. We enjoyed the buffet type breakfast which had many different kinds of food. My room on the 5th floor was VERY quiet at night. I had trouble sleeping in other hotels in Narita because of noisy tour groups bang their doors at midnight or wrong call after I sleep. It was my first time I could sleep deeply at Narita. I am very much satisfied with this hotel. Thanks.

The most affordable hotel in Narita perfectly situated in Narita Train Station. Dont expect the rooms to be big it's normal in Japan to have a small rooms what important is the room is clean and have all the amenities plus nice location. There's bus service from T2 to hotel but the intervals are a long wait my advise is just take the JR line from NRT airport for 200 or 220 yen depends if you're coming from T1 or T2 very convenient. I hope APA can provide shuttle service from hotel to Aeon Mall.

Great overnight hotel in Narita with huge triple room and substantial breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. No complaints but breakfast can get very busy and almost impossible to move sometimes. From my observation it's best to let the current wave pass and swoop in and fill your plate before the next wave hits. Just give yourself enough time to relax and enjoy the pleasant Japanese garden and fish pond while the crowds roll through.

If you're looking to spend a night in Narita Airport because you've got an extremely early/late flight to catch, then you MUST consider the Nine Hours Narita Airport Hotel. The capsule hotel is a uniquely-Japanese experience, and one that you've got to try for yourself to appreciate. As a solo female traveller, knowing that the capsules were separated by gender made me feel even more secure. The property made me feel like I was in a futuristic sci-fi movie of sorts. The main colour schemes of the place was black, grey & white - so think modern & minimalist - aesthetically appealing while functional & clean at the same time. The moment you enter, you're greeted by the reception, who will hand you a bag containing a loungewear, bedroom slippers, some toiletries & a towel, as well as your key to your locker. You then move on the next room which basically is a locker room, for you to deposit your luggage and to change out of your shoes. You'll need to be in their bedroom slippers as you proceed to the next room, the toilets. Hairdryers & tissues are also provided for the ladies to get made up. Moving on, you come to the shower room, which I love because each room has plenty of space. Apart from the shower itself, you're given countertops to place your clean / dirty clothes & your toiletries bag. Finally, you make your way to the capsule pods (which felt very The Matrix). The entire space is very quiet & peaceful, so as not to disturb those who might be sleeping in the capsule pods. The pod itself is not as claustrophobic as I'd always imagined it to be. Plenty of space for one person to have a good night's rest, also sufficient height so a tall person can sit up comfortably. Bed + Pillow were both very comfortable. The pod felt a bit stuffy at night... as though there was a lack of ventilation. Overall, a very unique experience that you can only find in Japan, so don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and to give this a shot!

We stayed here the night before leaving Japan. It was easy to get to using the JrPass.It's the Narita stop and not the Narita airport stop. From the rail station it was about a 5 minute cab ride to the Richmond - or you could walk it easily without a lot of luggage.. There are lots of little shops and restaurants nearby to spend the last of your Yen in Japan so the location was great. The souvenirs to buy in this neighborhood are nicer and less expensive than those in the airport- seriously. Be sure to keep about 4,000 .Yen for the cab ride to the airport. Even though it is really close we had a cab driver who seemed to take the long way and the ride from Richmond Hotel in Narita to the Narita A/P cost 4,000. yen (about $40.00) This hotel is clean and the staff very helpful and friendly - even very late - we arrived at around 1:00 a.m. - also late checkout - 11:00 was nice. They have a nice little restaurant attached to the hotel.

We had a Triple Deluxe Room and it was great -- three beds with a living room area that included a sofa, coffee table, and area with a mini refrigerator, electric kettle, etc. The free shuttle bus service was very convenient - easily transferred to and from Narita Airport. We also took the shuttle bus to and from the JR Narita station for our outings the next day in the city; it also stopped at a huge Aeon Mall during their business hours. There are 3 different restaurants, a convenience store which has food, and vending machines which also served hot food and drinks. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our reservation with Agoda worked perfectly and I would definitely recommend using Agoda for the best rates and will stay at the Narita View Hotel again when we return to Tokyo.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Narita station (JR accepted) and a 5 minute walk from Keisei Narita station, which does not accept JR passes on the trains that operate to and from it. So if you can't walk, take a 1500yen taxi ride from the Narita station. Roam in the area around Narita station for dining and shopping. The hotel has a luxurious appeal inspite of being a budget stay and the in room facilities are brilliant! a quirky souvenir store and breakfast corner are available at the lobby. The souvenir shop has some out of the box curiosities at reasonable rates. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. A free hourly shuttle runs from the hotel to Narita airport terminals from 730AM to 530PM. If you miss a shuttle.. the receptionist can book a taxi for you; taxi to terminal 2 costs 2300yen and will get you there in 15 mins. or you can choose to walk to Narita station. Immense value for money if you need to catch a flight from Narita and wish to stay in the vicinity.

Every time we came to Japan, we always stayed at the International Garden Hotel in Narita. The location is very convenient, there is a shuttle that takes you to the (Aeon) mall, one that takes you to the JR Narita station, and another one that takes you to the airport... And they all run almost every hour. There is a Ministop store just in front of the hotel, so anytime you'd be needing ANYTHING... No problem!!! The hotel itself has just been renovated, so the amenities are okay and the staff are very accommodating. This is exactly why it's our choice of hotel in Japan!!!!

Whenever my wife and I fly into Narita, we book our first night at the U-City. It is cheap, clean, and convenient. Breakfast is typical Japanese hotel fare for an additional 850 Yen. If you want something else, there is a Seven Eleven and a bakery/cafe across the street. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from Narita Station, which is a 7 minute ride from terminal 1. Rooms are a little dated, but beds are comfy and the staff is friendly. Narita city is also surprisingly nice. It has a large temple complex and a shopping street with lots of traditional goods.

Mr. Toru Osada was more than helpful in assisting us, when we had concerns or question. He was always pleasant and really listened to issues we had and made are stay just wonderful. If all staff at the Radisson Hotel in Narita had the same level of understanding the English language that he has, NO Hotel in Narita could draw the guest away from the Radisson. In fact Mr. Toru Osada should be afforded the opportunity to demonstrate to his talent to other staff members.

Narita Airport Rest House is one of the cheap airport hotels in Asia where Japanese Timetables of Hokkaido airline Air DO can be collected. Staff are friendly and hospitable. It is of proximity to the airport buses of Narita. From Narita Airport, one can reach Haneda and Chofu Airports easily. The restaurant is small. During breakfast hours, it can be full of guests. However, aircraft-spotting is limited. In contrast, airport-spotting is much better in the observation decks of Narita airport.

I would like to say that is a good place to stay but is not too customer friendly! For example, helping with keeping the luggage until a bit later, as there are no coin lockers anywhere around that place or other places where you can store the luggage if it happens to have to go somewhere else until you change your location. I prefer the other hotels that I stayed during my visit to Japan ( and I wish to specify the Ark Hotel Kyoto and APA Hotel Asakusa Tawaramachi Ekimae were the best places), regarding the facilities and most important customer friendly!

There are many hotel in Narita Airport, but this hotel is top class of service and amenity. Most of other hotels are very Japanese local service, which is nice smile and slow always, this hotel has world standard of Hilton service. You can expect service as same as other Hilton hotel group. Only problem is some drunken Japanese costumer are very noisy in the lobby, restaurant and bar. Hotel can not stop them because they are very drunk. This is only shame in Hotels in Japan. You can feel like home at this hotel. Many of airline crew are enjoying stay here too.

the place located not far from the nearest train station, aprox. 10 mins by walking. It's also near to the ramen, sushi, bbq restaurant (less than 5 mins by walking). there is also a market next to the guest house although the room is not spacious but clean enough to be occupied. i would love to coming back and staying a little longer to visit interesting place in Narita

Our stay in Crowne Plaza Ana Narita Hotel was enjoyable. We surely will go back there. It is highly recommendable in case you have a flight to catch at Narita airport. Don't hesitate to stay a few days as there is a lot of sightseeing to do near the hotel. I think it is even less stressful than the centre of Tokyo. We just loved the buffet and are grateful for everything the staff supplied for the guests during New Year.

Hotel needs refreshing, bathroom need refreshing, need to have Handy phone and phone charger by the bed No. 1 in location less than 5 min walk from Station, good size room 22m2, comfortable room and bed, supper buffet Resturant by the lobby, staffs good, good spread of schedules for free airport shuttle, Narita is about an hour to Ueno (Tokyo) for less than 900¥, hotels in Narita cost half of that in Tokyo. I love Narita- more relaxing. Will definitely come back to Welco ( ex Mercure)
