"Nice hotel, but too overcrowded to enjoy. Had to wait in line to get to the elevator. Restaurants were booked. And you are not in walking distance to anything interesting. Long line just to enter the 7-11 in the hotel. In the morning, I went there to get something to eat, and it had been cleaned out like there was a zombie apocalypse. In general, not really a very interesting area to stay. Better to find cheaper hotel in Narita."

"We arrived late at narita so one night around the airport was unavoidable. The hotel was not far, only 10min by shuttle bus service (31b bus stop from the narita airport terminal 2) very convenient. The rooms are clean and not too small like usual Japanese hotels, enough room for the luggage. Included with breakfast is good even though the food are not so much but better than nothing. Still very recommended!! "

"This capsule hotel has excellent location for travellers arriving late at night or departing early in the morning from Narita Airport. Upon check in, you ill be given a toiletries bag with towels, pyjamas, slippers and toothbrush. The locker provided was also huge and could fit a 28" luggage with a travelling backpack. The bed and blanket was comfortable, and there were individual charging ports in each pod. It does not have the best noise reduction and you can easily hear people chatting and walking, but i think it is part of the beauty that makes this whole concept of resting and sleeping work -- people will quieten down unknowingly so everyone could rest. Definitely worth the price and it's quite an experience!"

"I had an early morning flight, so I was in need for a location near Narita airport. I used the Marroad 16 years ago (dayroom) and found it rather pleasant at the time. So I came again. It might be the floor they put me in - all looke like there was no change for the past 16 years.OK, the CRT TV was replaced by a flatscreen, but seems to be all that happened. Rooms were clean, no complaint here, but if something is really old and used over decades, it'll never look fresh and clean. Good for one night."

It is far to walk from Narita station to the hostel, and they provided a ride in the morning which is very nice. The bed is comfortable and the shower room is clean. Only the noise from outside is a disadvantage for me, but I was too tired then so I still had a good sleep."

"Although I am a frequent traveler to Japan, this was the first time stayed in this hotel. Compare to others, the price with the location like this is definitely the best as it is close to train station and bus terminal, if you don't mind the hotel just located right next to the railway track. But the room quality can ruin all your good impression. I am not saying the cleanliness, the room is average clean, we stayed in the extended building not the main hotel's building, the air-conditioning was awful, the controller only got 3 levels to adjust (low, mid, high), even you turned to the level high, the room still feel hot and humid, the service was good, after reporting the room status, they gave us an electric fan to cool down the room temperature. If you do not mind the room is a bit suffocating and you only stay for a night and departing from Japan the next day, this hotel could be on your list."
