I had a small room with a window that looked out to a stairway. Nothing fancy but clean and a good value in downtown Miyazaki.

Good location which is right at the middle of the shopping and eating street. Room is spacious and clean and well-equipped. Yet, beware that there are two hotel called "AreaOne Hotel" in Miyazaki, one with "miyazaki" and this one is with "miyazaki city", so be aware not to go to the wrong hotel, the wrong one is much further from the jr station.

The location is excellent, near from the Miyazaki station, Tachibana and shopping street. Easy access to everywhere. Room is nice view from my room 11th level, clean & quite. Very kind and helpful staff, will stay again, if I visit Miyazaki again. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Sky tower.

It’s located on Tachibana-dori 3 chome, so a lot of buses (ex. 965) stop in front of the hotel and really convenient to move to famous attractions such as Sun Messe Nichinan, Obe, Aoshima, Miyazaki shrine, etc. I will stay this hotel again if I have a plan to visit Miyazaki in the future.

Hotel is good, tidy and the room is big enough to stay with three people. The food is good too. However, If they can respond faster in replying email would be much better. As I asked whether there is parking space provided in hotel two days before my arrival, there is no any response ever. Luckily there is car park nearby. I wonder if it is a problem to tell there...

The hotel is full of wonder as it is so new and well-equipped. But it is quite far away from Miyazaki station.

2 mins walk from Miyazaki station. There is a shopping mall nearby with many restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with many choices of western and Japanese food.

The hotel is basic hotel, but in the city center, just a block from a department store, and heaps of restaurants in walking distance. Great location

The hotel is packed with daily bathers. Room is clean and a good size with comfy beds. Compare the prices and if you have a good deal, go for it; you will enjoy all the services as expected and convenient location. However, if price is expensive, better don't come :)

This hotel was definitely great value for money. The room was larger with a bigger than average bathroom than most typical japanese hotels for similar value. Facilities are all new. A very pleasant stay with no surprise. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Free coffee at the lobby area. Parking was very reasonable at JPY 500 per night. Will stay here again if I ever come back to Miyazaki.

The hotel was excellent in all aspects. The outlook of the hotel was modern. Staff were highly friendly and helpful. It was highly appreciated that the staff took good care of the fruits when we asked for luggage storage. They helped us to put into the fridge to keep them fresh. Hotel did not let me know, onsen is free for hotel guests but still need to pay onsen tax 150 yen per person per time.

Limited space for parking, have to drive a long way back to the parking place. Like the little cafe with cute books. Hotel room is small but with a flexible table. Lovely breakfast.

This hotel is very near the main street for miyazaki city and near the super miyazaki hotel got a lot of place for restaurant and the price is reasonable, and near the main street got a big supermarket.

It’s a really huge room, with living room, dining area, small open kitchen, bathing room and even laundry room. The sea view is really beautiful and it’s a great resort. Bad that the corridor access to the room is open space which make the total image awkward. But overall its a really memorable stay here.
