"4 night stay, with elderly and frail Mum and middle aged daughter to visit family and friends. Hotel provided an excellent base from which younger family members could walk to see us and enabled us to do shopping in nearby mall and shopping center and visit the cathedral. It was close for us to go out to Harrogate and Haworth for day trips. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. All staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and the eating area, reception etc was great, with good views of city, The variety of seats enabled those with bad backs to sit with comfort :) We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone.
