"We visited during Ramadan when the hotel resturants were closed. The hotel room service provided excellent meals. The location is convenient for many Manama sites but roads are underconstruction and it is difficult to find, especially in the dark. Parking was great and secure. Internet service was off and on throughout the stay - trouble with their server."

"We enjoyed our stay in the Juffair Grand Hotel this July 2012. Its a perfect 4 star hotel with nicely sized rooms and good service. The location of the hotel is just perfect to enjoy the bahrain. Specialy for the people who like clubs the hotel itself has two. The famous one is wrangler. Overall its a value for money hotel. Cons: Design of the restroom is not imrpessive at all. Wifi is available in public areas only."

"Pros: -great room rates. - location - cleanliness Cons: - internet is terrible. - tv has no channels and asked them to fix it but still only some channels with poor quality. - bathroom sink was leaking and taped with electrical tape. I had to ask them to fix it. - overheard shower was not working and had to ask them to fix it. - AC in the room is too loud and the fan is blowing too much air even when the settings is on low. - AC got shout down in the middle of our second night and we couldn’t turn it back ON! Overall, the hotel is still in good condition but it needs major maintenance. "

"This was a 24 hour stay whilst passing through Bahrain. The hotel reception staff were efficient, pleasant and informative. When it came time to leave, there were no taxis around, so one of the staff drove me to the airport for the normal taxi fare. The room was spacious, well appointed, maintained and cleaned. A fruit bowl would have been a nice touch for a non-Muslim during Ramadan. I had a meal from the wide room service menu, and this was well prepared and presented. No complaints here. The breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of choice and good service. My only wish was for some real bacon after being without for over a year. Value for money? I was there during Ramadan, when the place is very quiet, with some of the hotel facilities unavailable, and offering significant discounts on the regular price. So yes, good value."

"The hotel location is very good, in front of Dana Mall and cross the street you will find City Center Mall, also near to coffees shops and restaurants. The room was clean with nice view, the receptionist was very nice and professional I hope I got her name right (Anita), I came early to the hotel and she assist me for the early check in, even when I request the NO DISTURB CARD (it was not in the room) on the door she responded quickly. This is my second time staying in the hotel in one month and they still keeping the same good performance and ofcourse every time I will visit Bahrain I will book in Tulip Inn. the hotel has no bar or night club which is proper for the Conservative families. Furthermore the parking area is available because of an empty land in front of the hotel To be fair, I didn't try the restaurant in the hotel so I can evaluate it."

"We were more than happy with our experience overall. The hotel is located in a very good are; away from traffic but close enough to all upbeat spots in Manama. The staff was very welcoming, everyone greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome especially for our baby. Everything was arranged based on our requests. The cleanliness can be better, but we were there at Eid and staff were overwhelmed with work. Overall, we will be visiting this hotel in our next trip to Bahrain."

"Because they only do suites the room was very big. I'm not sure why they do this as I'd be happy with a normal room but it seems fairly common in Bahrain. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The bathroom had a bidet but also a spray which living in Thailand fir haling the year I appreciated as did my Thai wife. I used room service twice. The first time was quick the second nothing had arrived are nearly an hour so I called again. There was no acknowledgement of the failed delivery but it then arrived quickly. The food was good on both ocaisions. The breakfast was very good although not exceptional. What was outstanding, apart from the room service problem was the attitude of the staff all of whom seemed to take a pride in their work. The pool was good and looked really nice with the elaborate tiling although some is falling off. There didn't seem to be any towels although there were used ones so perhaps we missed them and they need to be easier to find. One thing I would suggest is that the signs showing the depth should be in metres as well as feet and inches. For older Brits like me and those from the USA it's ok but most countries use metres. When we arrived we were informed that our room overlooked the pool and they have a pool party every Friday from early afternoon to late at night. It didn't worry us much as we were out most of the day but it might be worth checking how they stop noise in hotels near airports. I stayed at the Premier Inn at Heathrow terminal 4 and it was silent in the room despite facing the runway. I might do a stopover to break my trip from London to Bangkok and this is likely where I'll start stay. If you need to eat out of the hotel the Dome Cafe is less than 10 minutes walk south towards the naval base. It's open 24 hours and the food is great. "

"i enjoyed staying at this hotel. the hotel atmosphere was freindly and the reception staff were very professional, assisting and cooperative.since i witnessed the room cleanliness and were spacious and had clean and excelently equiped bathrooms i convinced two customers to join me at pars. the two customers were mr. jalal wl-khatib(arrival date march 28-departure date march 31) and jumah al-dossary(arrival date march 29-departure date march 31. the hotel is superb and was very close to the the gulf hotel where we had a convention for three days. the hotel was easily accessible and the rate was worth it.teh breakfast buffet menu needs to be revisited as the guests staying are not from asia only and needs to cater to international customers. it would be a good gesture to have a prayer mat in the room as you are in bahrain and many of the quest are muslims. the access to the hotel needs to looked at seriously.overall is was a beautiful experience."
