Nothing stirs up Lucknow nostalgia as Hazrat Ganj and nothing comes close in Hazrat Ganj to a fine hotel and good food than Clarks - my paternal side use to hang out there for beer (and more) The place still has a charm which not many 4* hotels of its time retain - always good for the top floor dining - staying in or not

The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and have all necessary amenities in them. One of the best hotels in Lucknow if you consider the location and tariff in comparision to the comfort and convenience of staying here.

A really pleasant stay away from the noise of the centre of Lucknow. This hotel is a high quality and very tasteful conversion of a 1930s mansion. The food was excellent and all the staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel was very clean.

This is the first hotel where during check-in the receptionist asked to deposit money in advance for our food bills during stay. We pre booked the hotel and already paid through Agoda for two rooms two night stay. Otherwise would have definitely shifted to another hotel for such an unwanted welcome. Their food is also very average with inflated rate.

When I reached hotel, they said I don't have a booking. It some time for them to find after I showed them booking email from Agoda. Staff at hotel, specially the guys at who took my luggage to room and all service guys are always expecting tips. this is not expected from this category of hotel.

This was a historical hotel in the heart of Lucknow that had a nice breakfast and good service. I would stay again at this location. It was fair priced and met our needs.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel was centrally located and easily accessible. Staff were very courteous and obliging. Restaurant was nice. Only negative was one night there was a big event downstairs and the music from there reverberated throughout the entire building. Would recommend

The property is in a great location near the Lucknow Zoo and close to the famous Hazratganj shopping area. We had one problem with a lamp in the room upon arrival and the mechanic quickly fixed it. Every other part of the facilities was perfect. The room, pool, breakfast... it was all fantastic. We'll be back next time we visit Lucknow!

Never having been to Lucknow before, I cannot really say much about the location. It's satisfactory for the money, the staff was accommodating. No breakfast, few good places to eat nearby. After a couple days the hot water worked. Nothing special here. Not likely to be in Lucknow again.

We stayed here for 3 Nights!! It was a good stay but i definitely feel that still lot of work need to be done in this hotel. Wifi is really bad Staff i really good and understanding I was told that the hotel still is under construction and still lot of work need to be done because of which they are lacking in lot of resources. If you are travelling on work and need a place to come back and rest at the end of the day after your work, then this place is apt. Centrally located, facilities wise good with bathroom equipped with enuf toiletries and rooms well maintained, they would even call you to remind you for breakfast...so i wud say service wise also they r good

The starting days were wonderful. The staff was nice. Booked it via Agoda and got an okay proce. The breakfast spread is good food is tasty. However the problem started 2 day I told theAC not working couple of times and they changed my room. The next day something this time nobody did anything and we had to sleep without AC. So I have very mixed reviews

The hotel provides with all the facilities that one may need for a comfortable stay. This is one of the best hotels to stay in Lucknow for a long period of time.

Nice hotel in Gomti Nagar, quite far from central Lucknow (30 min car / tuktuk ride). Staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing a late checkout at no extra cost. The room was clean and quite spacious, but the bathroom gets quite wet in various ways (no shower door or curtain, sink has odd shape sending water flying everywhere).
