Traveling to Philippines? Find Laguna hotels

It was the best trip i had since i got back in Laguna. Seda has exceeded my expectations. The staff first and foremost were really nice. The guy at the front desk when i checked in (forgot his name) has been really nice. The girls who attended during the breakfast is excellent as well. Always with a beautiful smile. I was travelling with my french friend and i am proud to say that we were both highly satisfied with our stay. I am definitely going back and will definitely be having Seda as my favorite Hotel whenever i am in Laguna. Hope it can be maintained, service and room condition wise. Cheers !!

I brought my 4-year old daughter and mother to Laguna last weekend (Oct 13-14, 2018) primarily to visit Enchanted Kingdom. Thinking that we would need to stay for the night to maximize our visit to EK, I booked this hotel because of the nice pics shown in Agoda. Below are the details of my feedback for this hotel: Pros - easy to find location - spacious room with a bathtub (my kid enjoyed bathing in the tub so much) - nice city view - very accommodating staff Cons - limited breakfast options - room was not that clean (mirror had stains, table was dusty, etc) - noisy at night since there is a resto-pub at the side of the hotel - rude security guard at the parking entrance (He hit our car with his hand so loud at the parking at around 12mn; was rude in saying that I would need another parking number prior entry. I did not see him since he was not at the guardhouse so we were all shocked with what he did.)

Unfortunately the area of Calamba Laguna has very few options and The Green Glass is the best one. I think it is slightly overpriced. They do have a # of room options and I suggest getting a better room. The location is in the heart of town so getting around is easy. The best part of The Green Glass is the extremely youthful staff whom are the NICEST I have encountered in over one hundred Philippine stays! You as a guest will always be taken care of immediately by the helpful staff!!!!

This is a good place to stay if you are traveling in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful. We able to get a ride on the shuttle to the transportation terminal in Balibago. I would advise booking as early as possible so that you can request a room on an upper floor in the rear away from the karaoke bar. Our room was on the side of the hotel entrance and it sounded like the bar was right under us. This was on a Sunday. The desk told us that it closed at 10:00nPM but it stayed open until 10:30. After that it was quiet. There were no wash cloths in the restroom and you had to buzz the desk for toiletries. But, overall, it is the best value in the area.

I recommend this hotel to everyone! We stayed here because we went to Bato Springs which was maybe 20 minutes away. The hotel has a lot to offer (pool, cafe, restaurant, function room, car wash and more) and is very attractive, clean and appealing in person with it’s cute designs. Was not expecting much because we didn’t pay much but wow, value for money was great! Makes you want to tip everyone! Food was delicious and presentation was at it’s best! We booked a standard room and it was very clean and the in-room bathroom toilet was modern with it’s built in bidet. Although small, the room was clean, comfortable and functional and the AC cools well (if you hate the heat). My favorite place was Auravel Fusion Cuisine (the hotel restaurant) and Cafe Avelino. They’re worth 5 stars if you ask me. Lastly, staffs were all wearing their welcoming smiles. All were kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to all staffs. We would be happy to come back here!

First and foremost, I would like to commend Kevin Mendoza for being an awesome staff! 😊 You are truly the reason why our stay was exceptionally great! Sulyap in itself is amazing. The view, the ambiance and the food. But what makes it stand out tobthe rest of the hotels that we have been is their staff Kevin. Your trip to Sulyap won't be complete if you have and will not experience the kind of service that Kevin offers. He smiles enthusiastically, attends to the needs promptly, shows sincere care for their guests, knows the menu very well and recommends the best food! He even recommended the best places to visit in San Pablo, where to buy the best pasalubongs and places that are safe for our kids or tht they will enjoy! He is very passionate in what he do that you can see right through his actions his utmost care for his job and for the hotel. No amount of tip can actually equate the kind of service that he offered to us and ge has to offer to other guests. I have only nice things to say about him because we also get to experience the service that other staffs had to offer and I must say that if not for Kevin, my rating for staffs would only be 1 star. Kuddos, Kevin! 😉😊 You are remarkable! God Bless your heart more! ❤️ I will definitely recommend Sulyap because of you and we will surely visit again!

Service + Fast check in and fast check out + Receptionists and waiters are attentive. *My friend left some of her clothes in the bathroom. We were informed when we we checked out. We were about to go back, but we were told that the their staff is already on the way so we can just wait for it. Value + Got a really good deal for 3 rooms at agoda, inclusive of breakfast. Sleep Quality + Really cool aircon and comfy bed. - There were mosquitos inside the room. Cleanliness + New sheets and towels. + Room and Bathroom were clean. Location + Near SM Calamba. + Very accessible. Rooms + It is average. Do not expect a 3 or 5 star hotel! Good choice if you are in a tight budget. *If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and private place, this may not be the best venue for you. There were a lot of day/night guests when we went here. *Food taste/quality is a little bit above average. It will not disappoint. But the set breakfast is really expensive. *Their pool is big, maybe about 1/3 of an olympic size pool.

The place is so nice. My kids really enjoyed the hot spring especially the kiddie pool. They really enjoyed swimming until 9pm. The place is so relaxing and good for medidation. The overlooking scenery is the one that makes it atop from the rest. I didn't expect that there is a place like this in Laguna. Overall our stay here is really unforgettable. Thank you Sol Y Viento!

Booked a ground floor room in Casa Obando. We loved the old Philippine style deco of the place. The pool has a small jacuzzi and the place houses a free museum tour for those interested to have a glimpse of the past. The only downside is probably that we could hear the other parties in the rooms beside and on top of us. All things considered, we would book here again.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Right on the river, yet only a very short tricycle ride into town. Although the complex is a little old and worn looking and it is very basic accomodation, it is a great place to stay and use aa a comfortable base point. I wish I could stay longer. The rooms only basically a bed, shower, toilet and somewhere to store your clothing, but with everything so cheap here, what more do you really need. It is ouside the main town, so you don't have the problem of being hassled constantly. The staff are so very friendly and always there to help guest. The prices for food and drink is very reasonable. If you get a river terrace room, you can sit on the small balcony and watch as the boats take tourist up to Pagsanjan falls

Caliraya Ecoville is situated in Cavinti Road, Lumban, Laguna. Total travel time from Makati to Caliraya Ecoville is more or less 3 hours without traffic and stopovers🙂. We booked 2 rooms, 1 dormitory type and 1 trio room. The dormitory type room has a capacity of 6 double deck bed with a bath towel and a super comfy blanket each, 1 table and 1 chair, equipped with shower and heater and cool Air Conditioning unit. We had a little difficulty locating our room because it does not have a number nevertheless along the corridor they provided a water dispenser free for the guests to use. As for the trio room, it's perfect for a small family of 4(parents and 2 kids). It has 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, tv with remote(I'm not sure if it has cable though), it has shower and water heater. Caliraya Ecoville offers a lot of activities best for families. The in house restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Stayed for few days in this hotel. My fiancee and I liked the uniqueness of the rooms. The only problem is the PARKING. It's very hard to do so. Only 1 car can be parked for the whole building's parking area. The location is okay for people who wants easy access to everything. Just outside the lobby, you can just walk across the street and you will be able to dine at Jollibee. One more crossing the road will lead you to Mcdonald's. Lots of street foods surrounding the building as well. My fiancee, a filipina, who lives in the United States enjoyed those stuff as she craves for them for years. The only problem is, for the people who wants to have a peaceful night, they will have a hard time to find one. You can hear the vehicles passing by even when you are inside the room (we stayed on the 6th floor!). All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we would love to book again soon! :)

We extended our stay and also upgraded to the suite room due to having some extra travelers with us. The front staff was great about accommodating us. The hotel could be compared to a luxury bed and breakfast. We loved our time there. With the balcony, we could absolutely enjoy the great Laguna climate. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The staff was concerned about our welfare. Only negatives: the wifi was inadequate, and with no elevator, the third floor room was a couple stairs.But the staircase was luxurious and the staff did a great job getting our luggage to our room. Plus it was a little expensive for us. Thanks for your efforts!

Everything is nice from the start of our stay to the end. We got to enjoy the hot springs on our first day. Very relaxing I might say. Temperature is just right though one pool is a bit hot than the others. Giant waterslides were opened only during saturdays and sundays. So we enjoyed it on our second day. The resort have two giant slides (yes GIANT). The experience is the best. Your heart will drop as you fall. :) They maintained the cleanliness of the resort. Overall good :)

This resort is a perfect place to destress. It’s peaceful, serene and “naturesome”. Staff are courteous, generous and very accommodating. Foods taste great and worth the price. Rooms are small but clean. The resort is located a bit far from restaurants and stores so we have to drive for 40mins to reach SM Calamba. Good thing there’s pool, table tennis, billiards and basketball court. Over all i rate the resort 5/5 stars.

I stayed at Asiatel Sta. Rosa because I was joining the Duaman Duathlon in Nuvali. I just need a place to sleep the night before to be well rested before the race, and to be able to shower after the event. I knew I needed spartan accommodations rather than a 3-5 star hotels. Asiatel was the right choice for me (and other duathletes as well, as lot stayed for the same purpose). Not only that, they considered my booking on Agoda as a 24-hour booking, which meant I didn't have to rush to check-out :) Super appreciated that! My only complain is that the airconditioning unit inside the room was noisy depsite looking new.

Pros: Quiet place, very green, spacious pool area, helpful staff Cons: Villas (at least the one I got) are missing wardrobes or something where I can hang my clothes. AC units are not maintained properly, was not able to adjust the thermostat manually. Overall: Surprised with the room I got for the price I paid. Wasn't able to use the pool due to time constraints but it was a great stay nevertheless. Just need to improve some equipment, and this will be a top pick for people traveling to Laguna.

I like the flexible in/out policy, guest can stay 24 hrs. from time of arrival! Female staff was proficient. I requested for high enough room (durng the booking process) so as not to hear street noise, but what they give is whatever is available by default, I guess. I could hear a loud live band (from a nearby bar, I think) up to the wee hours til around 2am. No hot water but tolerable due to the hot weather anyway. Everything I need, a working AC and a comfy bed, was provided for a good night's sleep (again, after the live band has ceased to play). Not bad for the price, recommendable.

Overall our stay was what we expect it to be. Our main objective in visiting Pagsanjan is to be able to see the Falls. We were able to do just that. The staff was able to arrange the tour for us. The comfort and value offerred by the hotel was an added bonus for us. We are very satisfied with our hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is quite secluded but not too far off. There was secured parking away from the main highway. The swimming pool is nice and clean. Good for kids and relaxation as there is a jacuzzi as well. Food is quite a challenge but the staff was able to work something out for our breakfast. There are places quite close to hotel for your lunch and dinner. They have exceeded our expectations of a provincial hotel in the Philippines. Will definitely recommend this hotel to those going to Pagsanjan and will be coming back here for the summer to see the whole of the Falls. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. From the booking upto the time we left. We were late because of the traffic but they coordinated with us all throughout. The place was peaceful clean and quiet, very serene despite being a bit near the main road. The water temperature of the pool was perfect too. The facilities were as complete as you can get for an awesome staycation, they provide even towels too. Highly recommended place for everyone who needs a short getaway staycation or a place to hold family gatherings or team building.

We booked on the same day via Agoda. When we arrived, they were not expecting us.They haven't prepared our room.We had to wait for 10mins for our room .They gave us room 60 which I will never forget.The room was poorly lit. The AC was like fan mode even if it was set at high cool.There was no water coming out from the shower and sink. The toilet and shower area was unclean. My husband got angry, but I stayed calm and talked to the staff. They quickly chose 2 rooms. I saw each room. I chose the room with a good shower and sink. The faucet below the shower wasn't working, but it was fine. The other room was worse, so I took the first one.They replaced the bedsheet and mopped the floors of the room I chose. The AC was not so cold, but it was better than room 60. We got 2 sets of toothbrush, tissue, toothpaste and soap. There was no shampoo, so I called 888 to buy one. It costs P10, but it was ok. After we took a shower, we slept peacefully.We woke up early and drove back to Manila.
