"This is the best hotel that i stay in japan. This hotel very close to the Minami Kusatsu JR station. After exit the train station the hotel is just in front of us less time for us to find our hotel even this hotel is 15 min journey from kyoto staion. We love this hotel as bathroom was very clean the bed was so comfy to sleep. But during our stay the wifi connection wasnt good i would suggest people who travel to japan for rent a mobile wifi in the airport for use. Other than this i still will choose this hotel to stay if i travel to kyoto again."

"We are a couple from Malaysia and travelling from our honeymoon. We were surprised to see how enthusiastic Hotel Boston Plaza Kusatsu Biwako is in celebrating Halloween! Very festive! We enjoyed a double room facing the train station, and there is a delicious takoyaki/okonomiyaki stand just 2 minutes walk from the hotel! The room we had is clean and made up daily. We also enjoyed our buffet breakfast on our last morning here. The hotel is actually not in Kyoto itself, you will need to take the train about 20 minutes to Kyoto station"

"Hotels in Kyoto were well booked when this traveler looked for accommodation, so the Urban Hotel Kusatsu got chosen as it was close enough. The trainride to Kyoto really was a short one and also nearby was Hikone and Lake Biwa, so the location was just fine. This place had everything expected from a ba- sic, good hotel in Japan. Free computer in the lobby for chec- king emails is always good and they offered an inexpensive cup morning-coffee, too. "

"We enjoyed the hotel room and facilities very much. The attention to detail is impressive. The sense of space is excellent. I will recommend the hotel to all of my friends who would be visiting Moriyama area. The Sagawa museum was a real surprise, a fantastic architecture and a sophisticated show. The hotel should advertise itself in cooperation with the museum. Best of luck and thank you. Akira Odani and Dori Daugherty "

"Nice stay for two nights. Very affordable although located a few stations out of Kyoto. Hotel does provide a shuttle bus service to Kusatsu station. Bed and pillow a little too firm for my taste but otherwise the room was very good - clean and modern."
