"A very short walk so it is very convenient. Check-in is on the 2nd floor. Very nice hotel with great friendly, helpful staff. Basic amenities such as hand soap, razors (he- she(pink)), combs etc. They also have a colored pillow amenity rack. Elevators require the use of the electronic card which selects the floor for your room automatically. Rooms are not as crowded as the older business inns. A humidifier was in the room. Large flat-screen TV mounted on wall and nice counter space for working on computers. 6:30 a.m. healthy Japanese breakfast buffet requires a coupon. It also has a "YU" or hot spring public bath with separate areas for men and women."

"I booked just one night in a single room but I can tell is a nice place. Perfect to visit the two famous shrines in and nearby Ise-shi, is very near two train stations and the aforementioned cultural area. Also the town is little but kind of nice. The guest house is a cozy and warm place, full of atmosphere especially evening time. Essential but nice room with tatami and futon, slept well. Shower and toilet ok (they even have Toto!) Large kitchen with free coffee and tea. Last but not least everyone is friendly and easy going. Would return there again."

"Hotel just opened on 23 May, so everything is brand new. So new that the hotel cannot be located on GPS using its phone number (use 0596250522 which is the supermarket next door to locate the hotel). Room is the smallest I've seen in my travels, but has practically everything you need for an accommodation. Located near to a major road in a suburban area, beyond walking distance to major sights, so it feels more like a motel than hotel. There is a supermarket next door, and some restaurants (including a MacDonalds) along the major road. Staff speaks some English and is very helpful and friendly."
