Great enthusiastic service from staff, they are willing to try to help even when the request can be out of the norm. From one side of the hotel you can see Mount Iwaki and Hirosaki Castle. The location is good and no need to worry about food... if looking for halal food, you need to go to Sakurano mall for Pakistani food. I booked a non-smoking room, indeed it's a big deal as smoking rooms in Japan is really awful if you are a non-smoker. Guess what? I was check-in to a smoking room on the day. I called the front desk, with my minimal Japanese language to demand a non-smoking room as per my booking, the staff told me the hotel is running full thus there is nothing they can do except giv...
