"I was so lucky to have found Little Charm Hanoi Hostel. I almost booked a different hostel, until I stumbled upon this on Agoda! It's one of the best hostels I've stayed at in my 7 months of continuous traveling. The first hostel where beds are made for you daily and towels can be changed daily if you wish. Lots of toilets and shower rooms on every floor so you won't have to queue. Everyone in the staff was GENUINELY NICE. Zoe on the front desk was always helpful and Antonio the Spanish-speaking vietnamese staff. Guy who checked me in was so nice as well, but I didn't get his name. Breakfast was amaaaazing. I did not expect it to be so good. You are given lots of options on a menu card, but on top of that, there's even a buffet spread for fruits, vegetables and drinks (juices, vietnamese coffee, tea, water). Not only that, the hostel even has a pool with jets! The common area is also nice. You get a quiet work area on the second floor, or you can hang out at the restaurant as all their seats are comfy and all areas are work-conducive. So handy when you're working while traveling like me. It was so good, we extended 2 more nights (direct at the hostel) and we booked again for when we come back to Hanoi. Also, the hostel holds your luggages for you (in a storage room with bag tags) if you want to check out and go to Sapa/Halong Bay for a couple of days. Really can't ask for more! If you don't stay here when you're in Hanoi, you'd be missing out on a lot! Hanoi is chaotic but this hostel is your little oasis in the middle of all that! The best!"

"Hadn’t used Agoda since in Australia, thought I’d give it a punt after a very hot and busy room in the VBH two doors down. On offer for $6 AUD a night which is a fantastic deal. Stayed in the ten bed mixed, each bunk has its own privacy curtain, with power points and reading light next to the bed. The room is constantly air conditioned, with two fans to circulate it round the room - a great addition after the 40c Hanoi heat. My mate who is 6ft 4 had no issue with the length of his bed. WiFi available in the dorm rooms, a little intermittent at times but nothing that caused an issue. As with many places in Vietnam, shower and toilet in the same room but not a problem as very clean and good locks. 2 “wet rooms” in the 10 bed share. We’d already booked on to a Ha Long Bay tour, enjoyed it so much came straight back after the tour. Bar (fridge) is reasonably priced, big Dasani water @10k, Hanoi bottled beer @30k. Free breakfast, as with other hostels in Vietnam, some form of eggs and a baguette. (Bacon/sausage available for meat eaters) Tea, Coffee and fresh fruit on offer as well as cooked. Vietnamese breakfast option available too but didn’t have it. Reasonably priced food available on full menu throughout the day too. 10 minute walk from beer corner. Cannot recommend this hostel enough, good on you Luxury Backpacker Hanoi"

"I have totally 3 nights at the Hanoian Elite Home Hotel .Location: the hotel is easy to find and is in the central part of old town within easy walking distance of the old town sights and restaurants. The hotel: just opened 6 month ago. After a busy day in Hanoi the hotel is a haven of calm. My room was on an upper floor and had an excellent view of Hanoi. The room itself was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would expect in an international standard hotel.Staff & service: I found the staff to be exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful as well as extremely competent and had excellent English language skills. I don't know how the hotel staff. Breakfast: the breakfast area is on the second floor, Asian style foods and western style breakfast a la carte (breakfast are included with my reservation). In summation: if you are looking for a old town Hanoi hotel you simply must try Hanoian. I wish I could have more chance to stay as they said they have 2 others property. "

"We had an excellent experience with Spring Flower Hotel and would highly recommend it to others. Great location, really nice rooms, air conditioning and wifi work great, free breakfast provided. The best thing about this hotel is the service. We used Spring Flower as our base for trips in and out if Hanoi and the front desk was so very helpful. They booked tours, bus and train tickets for us, provided airport pickup ($20), arranged hotel stays for our next destination, and were all around so helpful and friendly. For example, when my sister accidentally forgot her hiking boots on a bus, Spring Flower called the company, tracked down the bus, and immediately sent an employee out on a scooter to pick them up for her. Another time, we arrived at the hotel (after an overnight train) many hours earlier than check in, but they gave us a room to shower and nap in while they quickly got a room ready for us. With all the Hanoi hotels located in the Old Quarter, all of them looking very similar, I feel glad that we chose Spring Flower. "

"Given my first time iN Vietnam, I was worried about the cleanliness of the hotels. So I booked in Sheraton Hanoi for 2 days and then moved around the countries and when decided to fly back to Hanoi I was searching for another 5 star hotel since Sheraton was fully booked on that day and I found few 5 star hotels like Lotte and sofitel but but I found that Hanoi daewoo hotel is a five star hotel with a very good price and close to the biggest mall in Hanoi so decided to give it a try and to be frank it has exceeded my expectation"

"La Storia Hotel far exceeded our expectations after beginning our Hanoi trip in a different hotel. We were welcomed with a drink and friendly service. We were pleased with our room on the 6th floor. Yes the room was small but we expected that from our previous hotel in Hanoi. The room was stylish and bright which did not make the room feel cramped or uncomfortable. Great air con, wifi, amenities. Breakfast was fantastic with a diverse buffet and separate made to order menu. Lots of western and Asian options. I had the best omelet here! Location is great, near anything you would want. Our room was fairly quiet being on a higher floor. Staff were very professional, helpful and happy to give recommendations. We felt really comfortable and relaxed here. This is a great hotel to relax and escape the madness of Hanoi! Thank you La Storia"
