"Catering to both business and leisure travelers, the location of this hotel is only a short walk from the central square and other tourist attractions. The non-smoking property has 10 floors with nice views on account of the large windows. The 2 elevators are large and fast, so getting up and down is easy. The modern interiors are very tasteful, and everything seems new. The entire property was spotless clean. I liked my standard room very much, primarily because it was quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and storage areas (closet and drawers) were more than adequate. I enjoyed the large flat-screen TV with international programming. The bathroom and its amenities were well designed and feature an ecological shower. All staff members were efficient and professional. I also booked with a very competitive rate. For sure, I will look at this property again for future trips to Guadalajara!"

"The hotel layout is lovely, with the indoor patio. It gets noisy though being in the center, and next to a church that calls to mass with loud bells at early hours. I didn't try the breakfast or restaurant, since there were so many choices available around for delicious Mexican food. The staff was very accommodating as well. Unfortunately I didnt make use of the pool in the rooftop, but I certainly checked it out and it looked awesome for a break from the burstling city. "
