"From the moment we arrived we were treated as very special customers by all staff. We received an upgrade to a lake view room which was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent with a vast choice. The evening meal taken in the Orangery was excellent value and beautifully presented as well as flavoursome. On departure I was asked by four members of staff, all holding different responsibilities within the hotel from reception staff to cleaner and the manager if I needed help with my bags, super service and clearly something that came naturally to them. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience at this beautiful hotel. We shall certainly visit again. "

"Good base if one wants to mountain climb, socialise and some quietness. I is located far away from town centre, with no wifi and lines for phone calls. Nice place for quiet time and chill with family members. To get into place, the last 1 mile is on a 1 way rough laterite road, a chanlleges if one uses a small city car, otherwise not an issue. All in all good value for money. "
