"After searching for an affordable place to stay (Ft. Collins must think they are some mega attraction) I settled on your place! For the money charged, you were lacking in the delivery of facilities! Rooms were under sized, break area small & not comfortable! I was under whelmed by the over all place!"

"Very nice hotel, however if you want a Jacuzzi bathtub for a king room be sure to call the hotel and reserve a room. The website and the hotel did not match on everything included in the room. The website only showed pictures of the Jacuzzi tub for all rooms listed so we booked the room without, so be sure to check with the hotel first before booking . The overall experience was very nice service and pretty clean rooms save for the carpeting. The hotel stated they had dry cleaning services, however, when we inquired they stated they did not offer that service. "

"This location must have been rocking in the 70’s and 80’s. It needs some major updating and cleaning. Given that the town of Fort Collins was celebrating it’s CSU grads, they could rent all of the rooms, but the facility is in need of some work. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable."
