"This hotel is really a stone's throw from the beach and has great views of the beach. Book the beach facing views if you would like to wake up every morning to a spectacular view. It might be a little further away from the city and Gamcheon Village but it's conveniently located near to a train station and has lots of eateries and shopping within the vicinity. It's also a 20min bus ride away from the largest premium outlet in South Korea!"

"I was staying at the WESTIN CHOSUN by Haeundae Beach, which was very good standard, friendly staff nice spacious rooms. I wanted to move to somewhere with a bit of height with a nice view of the city or the sea. Decided to check out the Park Hyatt which had the reputation for being the number one hotel in Busan. As the driver pull up into the forecourt I was greeted by one of the six staff member standing at the entrance, one opened the car door, another took my luggage out of the boot of the car and another greeted me and offered to direct me to the reception for check-in. The welcome experience was absolutely amazing, the first impression was a really big thumbs up. At the Check-in desk the receptionist was very helpful. She gave me good information about the hotel and my stay. Once checked in she walked me up to the lift and even selected the floor i was staying on to get me started. I walked up to the room, the door was curved, with a modern feel. Upon entering the room, I was amazed by the first sight, every this was well laid out, the whole room looked, felt and even smelt brand new. The view of the marina and the bridge was breath taking. The fittings in the room all looked new and i special enjoyed the overhead shower. All in all I had a very good stay at the Hyatt and would highly recommend it to anyone, who wants a luxury accommodation. "

"The location is superb, just across the road from Busan KTX Exit 1 where there are small eateries and 24 hrs convenience stores. At Level 1 of the hotel lobby, there are 2 washers & dryers (beside the toilets) which is a plus factor and there is drinks vending machine, water dispenser, ice dispenser and microwave. The 2 of us stayed in the twin bedroom at 20th floor for 3 nights. The hotel room and bathroom is small and we can only open our L-sized luggage on the bed, but everything we need is there and the room is clean. But when we want to request for additional pillows, we can only ask for maximum 1 extra pillow per room. And when we have some issues with the washer & dryer, we tried to approach the counter staff for help but they cannot offer any help or assistance at all, which is pretty disappointing. Overall, the experience is good, room is clean, really easy to reach both Busan KTX and Busan Station Line 1 metro subway (Tips: There's a lift in between exit 4 and 6 if you are too tired from climbing stairs). Staff needs to improve on service standard as they were pretty "cold" and nonchalant attitude towards us."

"as i couldn't find an ocean-facing room, the room with a city-view did not hamper our experience in this hotel. a few minutes stroll out of the hotel and we are on the beautiful beach facing the blue sea. the room is beautifully furnished, spacious and we appreciate the bath salts as well as the tea and water. the atmosphere is very relaxing and one feels very welcome. the staff are all very friendly and helpful. best hotel in busan."
