Where to stay in Angeles / Clark
Angeles / Clark hotels & accommodations

You can trust me on this one. I have stayed in dozens of hotels in Angeles City over the years from 3 star to 5 star (ABC hotel). I stumbled upon Central Park Tower Resort and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are large, AC is good, the food is good, the WiFi is good, the staff is very friendly, very close to walking street. Why pay 120 USD for the ABC which in my...

I would recommend to all of my friends that if you go to Angeles city no matter what the cost is this is the hotel where you want to stay it is located right next to the big mall and right across from walking street there is no find her hotel in Angeles city. You may find cheaper but you will never find better

Love the hotel. Th rooms were huge with 2 bathrooms. The service was quick and courteous. The pool area was nice with a waterslide.Ideal place to go and relax if you have a family.Lots of things for the kids to do around the pool.New casino in front of Hotel.Only bad thing was its hard to find the place inside Clark. Other than that I will be going back to stay there if ...

Ok I go home a lot to spend time with loved ones and Prime City is great. Let’s not mince words Angeles city hotels a dirty. There’s a bunch of hookers and older dirty men and you see those at the cheaper places. But prime city is a little bit more money, but it helps weed out people like that. I’ve stayed here at least 4 times in the past few years and it’s my go to ...

The best hotel at it's price range in Angeles. Much better than others. Rooms are comfortable, had a small window but the curtain was adequate and blocked out most of the light during the day. Shower is good with decent hot water pressure. The pool looks nice though I haven't used it. Room service was good. My only complaints would be tiny ants everywhere (that seems t...

We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary here in Midori Clark Hotel and it's totally worth it! I called their staff, Abby, days ahead and requested for special arrangement in our room. And I was so delighted they granted my request and they put lovely materials and blueberry cheesecake as a welcome gift to us and my wife. Also, the service from the moment we parked is...

the lewis grand is classy, but guest friendly. you could have a business meeting there and not be embarrassed. as an aside, if seeing older western men cavorting with young filipinas bothers you don't go to angeles. the restaurant is better than most in angeles, which is not known for fine dining. they have tasty specials at a reasonable price. i ate in the restaurant...

Stayed at ABC for a week the before heading to Thailand. Had a great time in Angeles but didn't want to pay ABC prices upon returning so I booked here, which seemed like a quality place in a good location for half the price. Had a pleasant 7 day stay. The hotel and rooms are clean and lighting is adequate. Wifi was great as each room has its own router. Standard ...

Savannah is the best hotel in Angeles(It was great considering the pay). Good location(free pick up and sending, get on the jeepy easily in front of hotel), comfortable bed, clean room, kind service, fine swimming pool, Freshly brewed coffee tastes good(1F restaurant, free refill), and so on.. Most of all, supervisor(Jackie) is really kind, and very careful(smart im...

for people who like angeles i guess this hotel is a good choice thanks to it's location; for people who just need a place to rest after flying in to clark airport it's not bad either. for people who want to make holidays: chose another place, but then don't go to angeles at all! ;-) the hotel was typically filipino: very, very friendly staff, 24 hours service, but ther...

The hotel is accessed through the entrance of a busy supermarket. The rooms are in need of rejuvenation but adequate for the budget traveler's needs. The bathrooms are functional. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Walking Street entertainment/bar area. The breakfast area is on the rooftop in pleasant surroundings. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good value ho...

I have been staying at several different hotels in Angeles, but this hotel i found the best on the more budget side hotels. The service is excellent, the restaurant staff, the guards, the cleaing staff are all friendly, helpful and accomandating. The restaurant gives very good and fast service, and also serves good food. This is my favourite hotel when it comes to hote...

I traveled from Iloilo to Clark along with my 2-yr old son and 7-month old daughter. We stayed overnight. It is very accessible from Clark Airport to Eurotel Angeles. The hotel is situated along the road. The best thing is that there are convenient stores (24 hrs) almost available and near SM Clark. Though the streets are busy and noisy, the hotel is quite and comfy. ...

I have stayed several times at the Royal Amsterdam Hotel and I would not consider any other hotel in Angeles City over it. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is quiet and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The security guard even remembered the last time I visited several years ago! My only criticism concerns the provision of the bathroom: only soap is provided, ...

This hotel was rated a 3 star on agoda and at first I was very iffy in reserving since the previous reservation at another hotel for the same rating did not go well at all. When the original reservation did not go well, my husband and I as well as our two kids (9months and 5yrs) ended up driving around at 12am to look for a hotel that we were going to be comfortable in...

I was glad to have booked this hotel for my family get away. Although I travel often for business, my hotel choices for my family trips would depend on the standards of service we receive on site. As a businesswoman and a chef, I am also very finicky about cleanliness, security, accessibility and value for money which are my primary reasons for booking. I am happy to...

This is the first time we've stayed at this hotel. We were impressed wish we had tried this hotel in our previous trips to angeles. It's modern, comfortable, bright, clean and staff are courteous and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotels in Angeles and at the price pretty much top of the list in my opinion.

We went on a road trip for the long weekend and we decided to go to Clark, Angeles City which is closer to Quezon City. We booked this hotel relying solely on online reviews since we did not know anyone who has been there. Fortunately, everything said online about the hotel is true. It is truly value for money - the accommodation was good and very comfortable and the h...

We booked 1 night before our flight out of Clark airport at 6 am the next day. We checked in at 10 pm and left at 4:30 am the next morning. We didn’t get to avail of the free breakfast nor use the other facilities so this review will be mainly about the room. We booked a queen room with a day bed that converted to regular sized single bed for our 7 year old son. When w...

I have stayed on business number of times in Angeles/Clark. Most often I have stayed at more expensive places. I was very pleasantly surprised by the Wild Orchid Lagoon. The room was more than adequate and the facilities superior in my view, to those other places. I was a little frustrated by the Wi-Fi from time to time in my room, but it was largely a small matter...

This is basically very good value for money. I just hope the elevator has been finished by the time you get there. I had to walk up several stairs to the top floor and there was banging from the builders often until 8pm. If you want the night life as I did you could not possibly get a better location! My friend stayed at a five star hotel nearby and it didn't even have...

This hotel is within the Clark zone, so its neighborhood is relatively safer and cleaner than other parts of the region. Although the room price is a little bit more expensive than that outside the zone, I feel it worthwhile paying the extra money for the environment. I enjoy walking around the area where is hotel is situated because the streets are wide and clean with...

It's my new favorite hotel in Angeles. Reasonably large rooms with a small balcony and integrated kitchen. Everything is relatively new and relatively clean. The location of the hotel is ok, about 4 minutes to the main street. The environment of the hotel is safe. Disgusting are the discolored, worn and partially dirty towels! Dreadful are the air conditioners: incr...
Cheap places to stay in Angeles / Clark

I was from Clark that time and booked this hostel c/o Agoda. Being a stranger to this place, I have to ask the staff named Steph for direction going to this place. To my fellow travellers, this place is really nice but too far from Angeles City proper, Dau Bus Terminal and Airport. Transportation in Angeles hurts like cause it's ellexpensive. If you're not in a hurry a...

I especially love the location and its closeness to shops, restos, etc... and of course, Sir John's bubbliness ~ always ready with his lovely smile, even if I woke him up so early in the morning, to check out. The bed was very comfortable that I fell asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow. I wished I stayed much longer or that it wasn't raining so hard so, I coul...

There are lots of cheaper budget hotel around but this is the nicest with friendly staffs. Daily housekeeping is fast as 2 chambermaids readily available. Even the swimming pool is regularly maintained. My booked room was fully booked hence got a free upgrade. Utensils such as plates, fork and & spoon, coffee cups, cooking pot and water boiler are available in the room...

Pros: well-maintained rooms, affordable, fast wifi, and a very kind staff/"Ate"!! Cons: location is not ideal if you want to be near the heart of some actions like in Angeles or Clark. One has to travel by grab (will take you at the exact point) or public transpo then get off across Four Season Hotel. On the opposite street, walk for almost a kilometer (maybe) just to...

I was attracted by the picture of the pool when making a reservation and the price happened to be reasonable at the time, but the stay was just okay because the feeling was that this room itself was very basic with a short-time stay feeling. The pool seemed to be well-kept with great lighting but it was very tiny and no one was swimming. Located in Malabanias not n...

The location is Excellent...Not noisy too, you are very near the Night venues....and at the same time already near the Main road to Angeles city...Just a short ride either by Jeepney or Trycle It is Not Super clean but again it reflects the price you pay Overall Good Value for Money

In the many times that I've stayed at a backpacker/budget hotel during my many travels, this hotel has to go down as the most interesting experience I've ever had, even though me and my girlfriend only stayed for one night. The Red Tulip itself is hidden in a very discreet location within Angeles, which is good since its mostly quiet, without the bustle from the main r...

High Value hotel in the middle of Balibago with very competitive prices on weekdays. Weekends the place is a bit expensive. A lot of thought is placed on the customers' needs like 2 hot/cold water dispensers on each floor, blanket, and nice toiletries. Some things in the room are old but it actually doesn't feel old. Korean resto on ground floor and 2 quick...

We only stayed one night to catch an early flight to the airport. It was a bit of a challenge to find as the place - unlike other houses in the area - wasn't showing on Google maps. Grab drivers also got a little lost when they came to pick us up. Other than that, the place suited our needs. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very good value for money, I think.

I had a nice pleasant stay at the Rumi Hotel in Angeles, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a large room, clean and very comfortable, It is located just off Don Juico avenue and it is easy to catch a jeepney to Friendship and to SM Clark. I would recommend this place to stay and would stay here again in future. It also has good wifi and cable TV.

We booked 2 double standard rooms (pay at the hotel) for 2 nights with a shared bathroom, which was supposed to have cable tv, internet, large double bed, through Agoda. When we arrived at the hotel the staff told us the hotel didn't have any such type of room and the only rooms which had shared bathrooms were the Bachelor rooms with single bed, no internet, cable tv e...

Actually, I love JW apartment not because of the room(even room is quite good) but because of the staffs of JW apartment, one of staff's name is song, maybe he is the boss, I am not sure. But all staffs are very friendly, and they invite my friend and me have a drink and then we stay together for sharing the wonderful night, the beer, the candle, the music, we sing many ...

the room was very spacious, clean, and location was easy to find as it is in front of the astro park. as it is located in one of the busy streets of angeles, you can easily here the noise of vehicles outside even at night where motorcycles with loud muffler might wake you up.

This has turned into my go to hotel. As far as I see: The cheap rooms (which are at the back) have little noise from the bar downstairs. But the larger rooms seem to have a bit of noise because they are over the bar. Even the upper level ones. Not enough to personally bother me, but it could bother some people. However my girlfriend had a different perspective the soun...

We checked in as groups of couples who wanted to watch the 19th Philippine International Balloon Festival. The hotel was located in a Subdivision so expect it to be less noisy which is a good thing. The pool looks like a jacuzzi so i suggest they convert it to a real jacuzzi :) I booked 4 rooms but unfortunately 2 were not occupied due to my friends' unexpected circums...

Pros: Location is great - few minutes drive from tourist attractions (Philippine Hot Air Balloon, Dinosaurs Island, Nayong Pilipino). Near fastfood restaurants, grocery & drugstore. Staff assists us on the best way they can. Cons: 3 parking slots outside the inn (not really safe I think)

Sogo Dau is ideally positioned next to Dau bus station and is great if you have an early flight from Clark. Look on Google maps for the exact location of the "lounge" where you wait for the 100p Jeepney to Clark. Sogo is full couples, Checkin was made difficult as the receptionist could not understand my English (everyone else can). She was a bit annoying but I re...

It's modern, comfortable, bright, clean and staff are courteous and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotels in Angeles and at the price pretty much top of the list in my opinion.

There was nothing wrong with the room slept well when I stayed there I would just like to point out that there are hotels that were cheaper and had better rooms in the area. If they lowered their price I would recommend them as a budget hotel but there was no hot water no toiletries and just basic tv. For the same price you can stay in a proper hotel

for people who like angeles i guess this hotel is a good choice thanks to it's location; for people who just need a place to rest after flying in to clark airport it's not bad either. for people who want to make holidays: chose another place, but then don't go to angeles at all! ;-) the hotel was typically filipino: very, very friendly staff, 24 hours service, but ther...

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The place was clean and the staff was good. We were just surprised about the ambiance and the type of hotel it was. It was a hotel for lovers or for short time stays. There was no hint in their website that it was such. I would not recommend it for a family vacation. It would have been nice if they write it out in their d...

The best in Angel city Please believe me central tower is excellent you cannot fault it I stayed for three weeks in the Philippines but only book Central for five nights just in case I didn’t like it tried to book could not they was fully booked so I ended up going to the penthouse which is next-door that 2 is a nice hotel but they have carpet in the room which tend ...

The Staff are always nice and warm. Best of all the hotels I have been to in Clark. The facility has improved. Better Gym and Buffet area. Could improve on the power outlets, I couldnt used my chargers from Singapore in their outlets and best if they have bidet on their toilets. But overall great place to stay while in Pampanga.

New hotel in Angeles with a nice look. Pool located right outside my room door and well maintained. Location provides for ...

On arrival to the apartment, we found the lighting to be excessively dim; both outdoor chairs on the balcony were broken & unusable; the mattress in the second bedroom was damaged & offered very little back support, ( the mattress was of very poor quality); the room safes didn't work; no blanket in the second bedroom; minimal TV channels; no Netflix as was promised; fa...
Luxury hotels in Angeles / Clark

The hotel is on the former Clark AFB, in a quiet remote romantic setting away from the active areas of Angeles. The hotel facilities are new and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and hospitable. The Salt Restaurant and Malt Bar located at the hotel offer extensive food and drink selections.

Short & safe walk day and night to fields. Not too far from Johnny's Supermarket. More serviced apartment than Hotel. Free water and modem in room. Check the vicinity when choosing your hotel. Check the star rating. Be mindful of the fact that Clark was the site occupied by foreign military personnel and there are still remnants of the night life or entertainment that catered to or pervaded the area.
if you want to taste yummy sisig and halo halo and cornick's , go to angeles pampanga Pampangenos are really great cooks !
Business or night life nothing else to do in the area. If you are looking for fun, it's a right place.
Angeles City is a great place, I travel there frequently, Clark is a distant commute to the City and somewhat boring.
Basically this is a hangout for older men looking for company. Very few younger travellers. Bars, bars and more bars is the order of the day.
Near Metro Manila to have a quick retreat from the metro stress. Food is superb. Need to upgrade things to do in Clark.
The girlie bar capital of the Philippines, cheaper and friendlier than Manila but still have to be careful of being ripped off, keep a close eye on your drink receipts.
IF YOU TRAVEL HERE PLEASE STAY IN CITY CENTRE. BECAUSE THE TAXI FARE HERE IS MUCH HIGHER THAN MANILA.
Everybody spoke English, lots of night life. Fairly safe. Trike rate is very expensive for comparing to other places in the Philippines.
Angeles caters to the Vegas/Reno style night life of bars and casinos. There are numerous outdoor attractions for hiking, climbing, motorcycling, hot air ballooning, etc.
2-3 night stay maximum... Grand Central Hotel and Kokomos are 2 of the best hotels for location & convenience with their dining area views of the walking street and attractions.
There is no activities to be done here except the proximity of the Airport and a variety of Duty Free stores
Angeles is another place to find clubs and discos. Not recommended for those who wants adventure. But if you want to try the locals this is the place to go.
Its an alternative to manila. Travel From Clarke airport is smooth & easy. international & domestic connection is also ample for the size of Clarke.
This place is crawling with beggars and scammers The locals will often charge foreigners and always try to sell you stuff you don't need Everyone here can be bribed and publicize places are dirty Not much sight seeing here and traveling at night is dangerous in non tourist places
The old Clark Airforce Base, is now an international airport, resorts, casinos, and a large night life.
Just go, You have never seen a place like it. OMG its great for the single guys or just ones looking for eye candy
due to the flooding of tourist by plane especially from korea, japan, australia, US and SEA countries, clark is seen as a town for fast money by many struggling young girls and single mothers who come from neighbouring islands to support their family back home.
Try few different restaurants found one almost empty got my food in record time and beer was cheaper.
at least an hour drive to manila (capital of the Philippines), near clark international airport... nightlife is very much active.
Best place to be with friends, have lots of fun activities. have everything you want. Good hotels, most of the restaurant have Indian cuisine.
Its a former US military town has American and Australian food. The nightlife is great a lot of bars to party in and street food.
not much to do.. small museum.. mt pinatubo tour via offroad vehicles or by light plane. lots of different kinds of cultural dishes from different countries.
Angeles/Clark is a good place but the transportation is needed to be giving more access to people who are visiting this place.
The people are nice except for the transportation. It's difficult to get a taxi or jeepney when you get out from the airport and the fare is too expensive.
Party Party drink one beer then go to the next bar until u cant walk then go back to ur room and have a nice time and sleep it off.
There is a large variety of activities within an hour of Angeles/Clark. Most can be planned online but, there are several travel agencies within walking distance.
Angeles / Clark City os a friendly city, people are friendly and you can easily go around the city without the fear for the locals.
Try some massage nearby hotel and eat the local food at all you can eat in SM Clark, thus will give short introduction about Clark.
It's a busy City. Nothing much to share if you're not a night person. I can't recommend that a family should stay in small hotels outside Clark.
