"This was my third stay with Tianon Hotel. The hotel is very centrally located in Abu Dhabi City, close to shopping and the scenic ocean corniche. The staff were very friendly and while the variety of restaurants was limited the food was of good quality. The rooms were very large, clean and well appointed. The internet was quick and reliable. It was good value for money, mostly because of what seems to be initial opening discounts during the first few month of operation. The price during my first couple of stays was much lower, but with this continued rise in price, I think I can find another hotel within Abu Dhabi, of equal quality for less price. Overall a good hotel, but it is starting to become too expensive."

"This is a great hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are beautiful. The price was surprising considering the city and the quality of the hotel. The location is good. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. There is no nightclub like most hotels in Abu Dhabi but that is a major plus if you want a peaceful and solid sleep. The rooms are well kept and the bathrooms are perfect. It will be hard to find a better hotel for the price and it rivals any four star hotel I've stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel. Jeff"

"I had some work in Abu Dhabi and had to spend the night. I had a friend with me with her 6-month baby and am glad we booked at City Seasons Al Hamra. After a long day working we reached the hotel around 6 pm to check in, the warm welcome we received from the staff made us feel good since the first minute. The reception guy was nice and he even upgraded our premium room to a suite. Great place as of the value of money. Location is very good, I would go again for sure whenever am in Abu Dhabi. the facility is clean and the whole place smells nice. Friendly & helpful staff. thanks, City Seasons Al Hamra for the experience and looking forward to coming again soon."

"The Mercure Centre Hotel is my home in Abu Dhabi. First stayed there in 1984 for 2 weeks and then resided in Abu Dhabi for a long time. I always used the restaurant and bar outlets as my preference. There have been a lot of changes in the 30 years, but the atmosphere is still the same and several of the staff from that time are still there. I travel in and out of Abu Dhabi quite a lot and the Centre is always my first choice!!!"

"This is a centrally located hotel with an exceptionally well trained and amiable staff. Both Oumayma and Mohammad at the reception are very thorough and professional. Oumayma even gave me a Map of Abu Dhabi so it was helpful! Joseph from C.Deli is a charm. I was in search of buttermilk. They didn't have it. He went out of his way to provide me a whole lot of yoghurt which was yum! (& It was complimentary) The room was cosy, clean and comfortable. No spectacular view as such but I wasn't there to sit in the hotel so it was cool although I'd love to have a room that overlooked the nearby stadium. The bus station and taxi stand is in close proximity so it facilitated hassle free traveling for me. I found the food slightly overpriced. Also the one thing I didn't appreciate was that on my first day there i was quite unwell and requested to have my breakfast in my room. While the lady on call said it was no problem, the guy at the restaurant (I think his name is Omani or something like that) said I couldn't. I could have done with some sensitivity that day. All in all a wonderful experience for a first timer in Abu Dhabi! Great work, guys! Keep it up! I'll be back soon with the family! "

"I visited abu dhabi for my exam and I booked the room because it was available at good price but I was quite unhappy because of the environment as it was quite noisy and seemed unsafe esp for muslim families. I think it should be specified at the website advertisement, about the suitability for different types of visitors. thanks."
