Staff were very good. We arrived early and were allowed early check-in without additional fees since we have kids with us. The room was upgraded (with balcony) without additional payment. The lobby was spacious and the restaurant where we had our buffet breakfast was great. Staff was helpful assisting me as I have a baby. Very good selection of food at the buffet table. It’s a good value for money compared to other hotels. I love our room it has separate living room where we can entertain guests. I would definitely come back again.

It's our 2nd time staying in this hotel but they never disappoint us. We've waited almost an hour in the reception as the room need to clean. As a complement they extend an hour of our stay still an hour is impt. Also staff are very friendly and approachable.

We accidentally booked an overnight stay with this branch of City Gardens but it became a happy accident. Thanks to the staff specially the people at the reception area, Carlo granted our request - a room with a tub, they upgraded our booking with no extra charge. Everyone was so kind and very accommodating which made our stay very pleasant. The room was simple, clean and have all the things that you need. The location was near everything and very accessible. We will definitely stay here again if we need to.

The hotel is clean, staff are courteous and friendly, food is awesome (we had dinner at the resto) though it was just an overnight stay, we had the best of comfort while in the city. Hotel staffs are very eager to help in anyway they can. I stayed here just with my 3yo so if they see that I am having a hard time with her during breakfast time, staff would readily offer help even if I haven't asked for it. Hotel rooms are regularly cleaned and sanitized. Front desk staff are very welcoming and do what you would ask even if it is beyond their job. Will be back here soon!

The staff from the Security guard to the manager --ooh they are soo nice & attentive to the client's needs, always ready to help with a smile. The food is great & cleanliness is very observed. A must place to come back to when in Manila! Checked in Tuesday nite 6/28/22 for a 3 nite stay when i realized i left my laptop bag and personal items in the taxi from NAIA. Marian , the front check in person immediately contacted hotel security and they ran the CCTV tape to get the license plate of the taxi. By 7pm the next nite the head of security and his assistant drove me to the airport in his personal vehicle to pick up my lost luggage being help by airport police. With out the hotel staff and security efforts i would never have got my expensive laptop and lost luggage. Only hotel i will stay when i visit Manila. Thank you City Garden.

One of my destress activities is doing staycation and so far this is the best. At first, I thought it would not be fun because there's no pool and I waited for an hour at the lobby due to high volume of customers (it was Dec 31st, holiday). Fortunately, it is accessible to a lot of places. I was able to go to Luneta for the salubong fireworks, went to Dolomite beach, dine-in at a bar at the corner of the street with live band on Jan 1st, AAAAAND they also have free breakfast buffet with friendly staffs. I will definitely come back and bring my mom with me. Thank you. ❤
