This hotel really gives you value for your money. No wonder they are always fully booked! We loved the facilities, rooms were clean, we had unlimited drinking water, the breakfast buffet was good, my kid loved the pool, too. I think one of the best features of this hotel is their STAFF! Really, kudos to all the staff of City Garden, very respectful, helpful, right at your service. We really felt like we are being taken care of. Even on busy hours (we stayed a few days for Christmas), they still managed to cater to our requests. The location is also amazing, you can walk to nearby cafes, restos, and malls. Parking is also a breeze, you can drop your car off and they'll park for you -- free of charge. Make sure you give them a generous tip please! We will definitely be back for my son's birthday this year. Thank you, City Garden!

We booked for 4 rooms, 4D3N stay here, there were some challenge on Our Check-In as some of the rooms are not yet ready. However inspite of those issues, there were able to recover...and makes us pleased with their Great Hospitality service! Still one of the best here in Makati... Exceptional”
The staff are superb specially the people from the sky bar Raisy and the food is so great. Thanks to Chef Gerald! Thanks also to the facilities attendant,specially the pool attendant. I had hustle during the checkin, have to coordinate aeveral times to the manager for my booking. Received a lot of im sorry this and that from the frontline. The bistro bar took me 30min to get a fruit platter. But ... then again i stayed most of the time at sky bar and pool side...such a heaven,perfect place, excellent service. Really commendable and will come back bec of these areas and of those 3 people. Thank you for ypur service. Also, very clean rooms, toilet is great. Sheets are clean. Facilties are great. Enjoyed netflix and music through youtube. Super cool area, aircon is good. Quiet place. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks city garden. Thanks Agoda!

We choose this property for the new year and birthday staycation and it was a very good stay, the buffet breakfast great and there's a lot of food selection... the room was clean and all the toiletries are available the bath soap and the shampoos smell nice! and above all i love the unli brewed coffee they have at the reception area, yay!

Best hotel stay during quarantine!”
I booked this hotel for my parents who were traveling to the Philippines. I was so worried about their trip. They are both elderly and traveling on their own. The thought that I’m not able to accompany them on this trip is stressful especially during this time of pandemic. Per Philippine travel guidelines travelers need to do a ten day hotel quarantine. I looked for a hotel online that will suite their comfort and needs and I found the City Garden Hotel in Makati. Compared to other hotels I was pleased with their customer reviews, accommodations and services offered, location, and the price is just right. I reached out to the hotel management via email regarding some information and have a few questions as well. They were very prompt and answered right away. The reservation package I chose for my parents includes free breakfast. I was also able to arranged an airport pick up for them as well as lunch and dinner delivery (since it’s not included in the package) with an additional cost but is reasonable and within budget. My parents were so happy with their stay. I frequently called to check on them and all they have are high praises for the cleanliness of the facility, great accommodations and the excellent services of the staff. Thank you for all that you do! Highly recommend for everyone who are planning to travel to the Philippines.

I've stayed in 7 hotels in Phil on my 3 weeks trip,but this was the best. The staff is so nice,the breakfast is really good/lots of options, they have pool,jacuzzi,gym,sauna,massage,everything, the location is great,the rooms are clean,we also had a beautiful view from the room. Very good hotel in general, location is near serviced, there is a good mall 3-5 minutes walking distance also a night market with similar distance many restaurants and pharmacies and few steps away. Hotel staff were really kind, Valet parking was available for free 24 hours. Hygiene was good also, I do recommend this place if you want to stay in Makati

Sulit staycation”
Me and my family stayed there on the 25th;it was worthwhile and relaxing. The staffs were really accomodating and very hospitalable. The only concern that we have is that they only have 2 elevators but we still enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast buffet was also super sulit. My kids enjoyed the pool as well as our room's bath tub. The room was enough for us (3 adults 2kids). We will definitely go back there again! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

quarantine hotel highly recommended”
We made a last-minute booking at this hotel for quarantine purposes since our flight was diverted from Cebu to Manila due to a typhoon. I had never stayed in this hotel but chose it based on reviews from previous customers as well as the photos on the site. I have no regrets whatsoever. The staff was so efficient and accommodating to our requests, especially since being under quarantine, we could not leave the room and fend for ourselves regarding our needs. The room was spacious, clean and well-furnished with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The food was excellent and we looked forward to every meal (what else could we do during quarantine?). I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to guests who need a quarantine stay or even a nice vacation (even though I had no opportunity to see the rest of the hotel). When we finally get out on Christmas day , we do plan to celebrate Christmas dinner here as a couple before returning home to Cebu.

A quiet place to stay, smells good and great location”
family with young children stayed for 9 nights. Nothing to complain about, I enjoyed our stay, the hotel is clean and quiet, no smell of cigarettes since the hotel is a no smoking hotel which is good for family. Location is great, accessible and surrounded with restos and convenient stores. Pool is great with jacuzzi. Special thanks to Linda from reception, we check in early around 9am with no extra fee, service is fast. Moises done a great job cleaning our room and replenish things, granted my request to add more water bottles. The lifeguard from Benguet, all the parking attendants/guards is knowledgeable of the area when we ask for directions or where to. Overall, it is a superb experience and will not think twice to stay there next time.

The room was kept clean and even though the bldg seems old, it was very well-maintained. The staff were very nice and the location is good if you want to wander around Poblacion area. The breakfast buffet had limited options but the ones available were cooked well. I will definitely booked with them again.

We stayed for 2 nights since our YEP venue is close to this hotel. Executive Deluxe is the room where we stayed. The staffs are nice and they will greet you whenever you are around or even in the elevator. The food in the breakfast is good. Lots of choices as well. Overall, I enjoyed our stay here!

Staff are friendly and very accommmodating! Facilities you may need at an affordable price is here. What i love about city garden as well is an afforadable room with a hot tub. I think the only thing i noticed that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet.. In terms of the variety and taste. Overall, it was an amazing stay!! If this is only way too close from my home, i would always stay here!!!! Will definitely go back.
