Special thanks are: after we left in a hurry the next morning, we found that a mobile phone had been left in the room in the evening. Cheapest & Reasonable Motel”
Everything in USA is expensive. This Motel offer one of the lowest rate available in USA. Well, the room isn't really good. Our room have dirty floor, no lamp, dirty bedsheet. At least the toilet is working. Can't complain much since it is cheapest. You want to save money you have to complain less

This place was not cleaned. Hoping that this motel could reduced the price. My friend and I just needed a place to sleep that night. But, the receptionist was good that he gave us a chance to check the motel and gave us a choice whether to stay or not. If you want a clean motel, this is not a good option.

The LV experience”
We wanted a convenient stopover point for a 1 night stay in Las Vegas before flying on early in the morning. The City Center Motel was just that and was clean and comfortable and very good value for money

We wanted to spend one of our nights in Las Vegas at a cheap hotel near downtown. This model was just perfect! I had some apprehension about the quality and cleanliness of the hotel but they were alleviated on reaching there. The staff was great too. I forgot to collect my ID at the counter on check-in. The receptionist found me and informed me about it.

Horrible Customer Service”
The motel staff needs to be replaced or taught customer service skills! Every associate I came in contact with was just plain rude! When I first got in the back room door was locked so I called the front desk and was told he'd get there later when he felt like it. My stay was for my Halloween birthday cause the Halloween Parade ends directly in front of the motel and wanted to be front and center. This is Vegas, down town Vegas during a huge event and they were complaining of company! Every room around me was "turned up" and I got more strangers than friends stopping by. Mind you I booked the family room w/3 beds but was told only 2 people were allowed in the room! Three beds, two guests, yeah that makes sense! It served its purpose. Someone needs to recognize they are a Motel in down town Las Vegas and treat guests w/respect or at least a smile! They greet you rudely, answer the phone rudely, answer questions rudely! Management needs to clean house!

I didn't stay the night. Thank god b/c there is a loud fire-breathing dragon across the street that would have prevented me from sleeping. the AC was loud and I wouldn't have been able to sleep if I had actually spent the night there (I stayed with friends).

A Bit Shabby”
The shower did not work and had to be repaired during our stay. Maintenance seems to be a problem here. The only reason we stayed is the property is pet friendly and downtown. Without a pet, there are much better options (such ad the El Cortez Hotel which is across the street).

Worst motel I have ever stayd in”
City center motel was by far the most disgusting Motel I have ever stayed in. As I first walked in I noticed a huge stain on the carpet the size of a german shepard. As I layed my bag down on the ground and layed on the bed I noticed blood inside the lamp shade next to the bed. Then I noticed that everything was held together with tape (Lamp shades, ceiling lamps, dresser drawers, tv, etc.) The blankets were wores than those I used in the Boot camp. Please avoid this motel at all costs.

What I expected”
Those who travel alot will understand it when I say, "this is one of those hotels where you never want your bare feet to actually touch the floor". I'd guess the carpet had been there over 20 years with all the accompanying spills, bodily fluids, and various crud that would accumulate over that time. It was well vacuumed... but it simply needed to be replaced. As for the cleanliness of everything above the floor level, more than adequate. In fact, I'd rate the overal cleanliness (except for the floor) as excellent.

A mistake and a flea bag motel ”
you get what you pay for and i made a rash decision to book this motel at the last minute so this is partly my fault but this was the worst overnight experience i have ever had in vegas. first the room smelled of meldew so i switched rooms which was a very slight improvement. the furniture was obviously cheap and the beds were standard motel room sleep rather uncomfortably level. the worst was after we came in around 3am and wanted to get to sleep some drunk yahoos arrived back 2 rooms down that loud and obnoxious. so loud that i had to complain at the front desk to have them quiet down. a nightmare, stay away from this place!

THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND BED WAS COMFY. WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE YOUNG GUY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS NOT VERY PLEASANT. THE AIR CONDITIONER ONLY HAD AN OFF/ON SWITCH COULD NOT TURN IT UP OR DOWN AND IT DID GET A LITTLE WARM IN THE ROOM. THE SHOWER HAD A MIND OF ITS OWN TURNING HOT OR COLD ON ITS OWN

Hot and Uncomfortable”
The pictures they show on the website are not at all what the Hotel actually looked like, the location is great, but the lack of air conditioning made for an extremely hot and miserable night, the room was clean for the most part but is very very outdated, stains on the carpet, the outer window seals peeling, and the rubber on the bottom of the doors was half way off. I will not be booking at this Motel in the future.
