A truly wonderful surprise”
To begin, we only booked at this hotel because of it's the only hotel with a 2+ bedroom villa, in close proximity to the Ciputra Water Park. We arrived to find that the villa is actually a complete 4 bedroom, 2 storey house, with a full kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms (plus multiple toilets), huge living room, etc. The villa was very well presented, and a pleasure to stay in. The grounds of the resort are truly spectacular, with a mix of private residences and hotel villas, and an awesome view of the golf course. There are multiple swimming pools, with great recreational facilities for both adults and children, including the beautifully presented golf course. The food from the restaurant was the best we have found so far in the multiple hotels we have stayed at throughout our holidays in Indonesia. We ordered a number of plates from the entrée menu in the evening for room service, and everything was delicious. In the morning, we had breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the golf course. The food was truly exceptional, with a great variety of Indonesian and Western dishes, cakes and pastries, fruits, etc. We stayed in the restaurant for 2 hours, slowly selecting as much and as often as we wanted from the buffet, without feeling rushed or pressured to leave at all. The food was constantly refreshed and replaced as it ran low, giving us multiple opportunities to enjoy our favourites. For us, the most memorable and special moment at this hotel had nothing to do with the villa, or the facilities. It was the staff. When we returned to our villa after breakfast, we were greeted personally by the hotel manager (it just happened to be my birthday, although that was not the reason we were there), who gave us a huge, beautiful birthday cake. This was totally unexpected, but truly appreciated (they must have noticed from my ID at check-in that the next morning was my birthday). We were then invited to take a tour of the property by golf cart. A Truly Amazing Experience.

Nice, relaxing, but something's a little off”
This is a nice place. The scenery is beautiful, the villas are big enough (think townhome), and the hotel restaurant is very nice (with a price to match). But there were little things here and there that struck me as odd. There isn't a book about the hotel or even a property map in the room. Room service stops at 10pm (fine) but there isn't anything about that on the menu, so you have to call to find out. The have a full kitchen with stove top, oven and refrigerator, including a few plates and a tea pot, but no cooking tools (not even a tea kettle). Do I normally expect pots and pans at a hotel? No. But it just seemed odd to have a full kitchen setup with 8+ empty cabinets. It was really hard to tell if it was a hotel that happened to have a golf course or vice versa, but after three days/nights I am convinced that it is a golf club first and hotel second. The emphasis in terms of money spent, staff, and procedures is definitely aimed primarily at the golf club.

Located in elite housing complex”
They dont have a high building to put every room in, instead its like cottage/villa, its quite peaceful and quiet with some bird chirping (just bring your earplug and its okay) , the bed room is nice with complete toiletries, they have swimming pool (but you have to bring swimsuit to swim), and jacuzzi , you can have a buffet breakfast alongside the golf field , this is the best thing. And all of this luxury things you can get with only 500-600 thousands rupiah ! Thats so cheap for the quality. The staffs are nice, they clean up my room during the day. This hotel is recommended !!

Nice stay to relax”
Booked this hotel because it was the only one in the Ciputra area. Nice hotel, with almost all the facilities you need. Improvement could be that you also have Wifi in your room instead of only in the lobby or restaurant. Nice rooms, very friendly staff and nice pool.

Lovely hotel but room facilities not as expected..”
It was just a short stay but the room allocated to us was in the first floor and not facing the golf courses..And it was a small room for two of us..However the service and the friendliness shown by the Hotel staff was excellent.. What will be the difference if we book in advance for playing the golf? And what will be the green fees rate for two persons during week days and during weekend?

Just a standard hotel”
We have been very enjoyed stay in Ciputra Golf & Hotel. Just we've got a little disappointed about there's no facilities in that hotel that provide for 24 hours, ex: restaurant, sauna, jacuzzi. We're come for a business thing and spent almost all day outside. When coming back to hotel, we just need a little relaxation and food. But over all, it's a nice hotel and environment. Thank you.

We chose the apartment. A bit old and quiet, but easy access to public transport make it up for it. Move around with buggy. The AC cause slight problem but manage to solve. Kids club is fun. Didnt manage to try the pool but i believe its fine. Bfast not a buffet and menu doesnt change. Overall, hotel is ok for me

Excellent facilities for the value of money”
We were planning to visit the food junction and modern market within 3 km distance to this hotel, the hotel location is good for this purpose. We saved time in doing so. In addition, hotel facilities / club is a plus as were able to have a quick exercise. The TV set in the room was unfortunately not working, but we didn't have lots of time to watch it either. The staffs are polite and eager to offer their best service.

I was pretty impress with the secluded location and lush greeneries. I get to wake up with fresh air out side (as fresh as you get in Surabaya) and they had a good breakfast The hotel is not obvious as it has a very homey out look but the room is very small and though its clean, they didn't do a proper maintenance to their property.

Offside the Golfcourse and Lawns”
The hotel and rooms are clean, but the many corners give the impression that space is scarce. Location of the hotel could have been very nice, alongside the very large Lawns, and/or alongside the Golf Course, where land is abundantly available. Breakfast not up to standard within this price. Personnel is very kind and helpful.

Best for relaxation, nice gardens and ponds”
Please consider that this hotel is quite far from city center. It normally took around 45-60 minutes drive. The hotel itself is superb, it has very large gardens, nice swimming pool, comfortable sauna and whirpool. The staffs were friendly. One of the best advantage was, that we could park our car directly in front of our room! Very comfy! My only complain is the breakfast. Mostly they don't prepare the buffet (if the hotel guests are less than 20?). So we could only choose the menu a la carte. The worst was, that we must pay for extra drink!

We stayed here just for a night during the long Eid Al Fitr holiday. It turned out that this is rather a housing, converted to "hotel-rooms". We booked 2 rooms, this room has more space than the other room but still has the old TV set & accesories. But apart from that is okay. This is more of a house in a cluster, so all facilities are far away. The club house (and swimming pool) is the deciding point if you stay here. The restaurant next to the golf course is 'off performance' when serving us breakfast (seems they don't expect many hotel guests). Also: this 'hotel' is located in real estate complex (Ciputra) which is quite far (30 minutes+) from downtown, so do not stay here if you want to go to downtown and not prepare to spend that time.
