Makes you feel like an honoured guest”
As soon as you arrive you are greeted by Mr. Kim who states that while you are staying here you are family, and to ask for anything you need. This is not an idle statement, at all times all of the staff are accommodating, friendly, and courteous and really do treat you like an honoured guest. The rooms are spacious and cool, the hotel decor is a nice mix of modern international and traditional cambodian themes and the food and drinks are good. I find that you can best judge a place by how they try to put something right when it goes wrong. On one morning the hotel offered to prepare us a breakfast box but the note was lost and the box not prepared. The hotel owner apologized profusely and arranged free high quality airport transfers for free as compensation. I really felt like they deeply regretted the small mistake and wanted to do anything to put it right. All the staff here are great but special mention to Mr. Mick who was always making conversation and trying to get to know you more. Overall, it was a great experience.

The Best in Seamreap”
As I told hotel manager while Say Goodbye, I had very comfortable, hospitable, happy trip because all hotel workers, I faced with or I met up with, supported, responced, smiled with good and honest willingness. And hotel has very good facilities such as clean swimming pool, restaurant with good meals. Apart from hoter workers and facilities, the location of hotel was nearby night market, pup street, ankor wat, national musium, old market that are hot place, famous areas in Cambodia. If I would visit Siemreap again, I must stat at Central Suite Redlsidence. Thanks for all hotel worker again. Your kindness smile, warm hospitality made my family and me happy.

Great Hotel/ Best Staffs”
booking for mom and aunt, they loved this hotel a lot. The great drivers that took them to Ankor Wat named " Sony" he is the best tuk tuk driver, morover, the manager provided both of them a very nice welcome drink and the kindness for welcome greeting, all hotel stafs are really friendly to my mom and aunt. The room is very clean and beautiful and very neat decoration, the location : so close to pub street , real close to the main center. All drivers for pick up from / sent to the airport were very polite and gentle. Pee-Sin , the hotel staff always help my mom and my aunt to pick up her bag to the room ... The best hotel in the town, my mom said. Eventhough she came to siem reap for tho times, but this hotel is the best for her.

Very friendly hotel, spot on location.”
Stayed in this dreamy little hotel for 3 nights. Upon arrival at the airport Mr Sam collected us (complimentary tuk tuk) once we got to the hotel we were given the best refreshing towel and welcome drink. The staff are genuinely so friendly, caring and organised which continued throughout the stay. Mr Sam took us on some tours of the temples and provided us with loads of cold water (needed) throughout our travels. Mr Sam is a credit to the hotel, and Id highly recommend booking Angkor War tours through the hotel with Mr Sam. (Note, he is a driver, he doesn’t accompany you walking through the temples) The breakfast was good and the hotel even sent us off with a packed breakfast for our sunrise temple. Location wise, I’m not sure there could be a nicer hotel that central. The pool is good with amazing plants around it, like a little oasis. Really impressive. If I’m being really picky and looking for faults our bathroom door (sliding door) was a bit squeaky, so minor it wasn’t worth mentioning to the hotel. But that just shows how faultless the hotel really is. We had such an enjoyable time at this hotel. I would stay here again with no hesitation, thanks for a lovely stay. Convenient for visiting Angkor Wat”
We were served cold tea and towels upon arrival and given a hotel orientation, but please note that everything is in English. The staff asked about our tour reservation to Angkor Wat and whether we needed a packed lunch for our early departure. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good hot water, but you may want to bring your own shampoo. One-way airport transfer is included, which we recommend using for arrival. Kim, one of the staff members, was very kind and diligently practicing his Japanese. The other staff members were also friendly, and we had a wonderful stay. Note that the packed lunch was quite large, so one portion may be enough for two people. 😊

Fantastic Staff”
I would like to start this review by saying that the all hotel staff were brilliant. If could have given them more stars then I would have. Although we were only there for 3 nights the reception staff knew us by our first names when we entered the reception area. The sort of thing you might expect in a 5 star hotel. The room we had was a very large double with a balcony and a huge king sized bed. The room was clean and the shower area quirky. Breakfast was of a good standard and catered for all tastes. As Brits we do expect our bacon and eggs and we weren't disappointed. There was a lovely clean pool and a swim up bar. 2 mi s walk from the famous pub street. Ankhor Wat was a 15 minute tuk tuk ride away. Definitely recommend

Great hotel in Siem Reap! You are a stone’s throw from restaurants and the famous ‘Pub Street’. The rooms are big and airy and they are spotlessly clean. Food is great and plenty of choices for breakfast. The icing on the cake is the staff! The current staff are amazing and very welcoming. They are the hotels success… plain and simple. Honeymoon Time”
Me and my new wife wanted to go back here to stay in Siem Reap, we liked it since it was walking distances from the markets and 6th Street. We staying in Junior Suite room which was really nice. It had a big tub on the side of the room by the bed. The room was really clean. I asked the hotel to write a message on the bed which they did. The pool is nice plus they have a swim up bar if you want a drink while outside. Would recommend this room. Their morning breakfast had a really good selection as well. The staff was really nice and friendly. We even had some clothes cleaned and they folded them and where able to do that quickly.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service”
This is the best place I stayed on my trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. But the best thing about it was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly. They greeted you by name and asked about your day everytime you arrived back at the hotel. I also enjoyed the pool. Great location. 2 block walk to the street market but far enough away not to get the noise. I highly recommend this place.

Pleasant stay, good location”
Once at the entry gate, the hotel becomes an oasis. Green and lovely, open and charming. Quiet room on back side away from pool with no noise heard. The staff is very friendly, outgoing and accommodating, (maybe a bit over the top for some guest) but did provide conflicting information about some extra item charges and the happy hour discount. Not a big deal but policies should be clear to the staff and relayed to the guests. Definitely recommend the soup and omelette station. The breakfast buffet while extensive is average in quality and warm foods could have been hotter. Pool and overall interior design excellent.

We stayed 2 days and the service staff was very professional offering best-in-class service. Rooms were wonderful, clean, and had a comfortable bed with a silent AC. Worth to mention is the service quality of the staff, all were extremely friendly and kind with an exceptional service. We definitely will come again.

From the welcome greeting to remembering our names, and just being so so helpful and friendly. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel is everything you could need. Gorgeous rooms and stunning pool. Location is perfect, just a minute walk away from Pub Street for restaurants and nightlife. Very easy to get to all the temples. Good customer service”
I would like to praise Ms. lina the receptionist. 1 week before our flight i message them in facebook I asked them if they have some complementary for their guest celebrating birthday. They told me they can give a slice of cake cuz I mention to them that I would like to surprise my friend. They really put effort in arranging our room for my friend celebrating her birthday and in my surprise they give us 1 whole cake for free. We really appreciate all their effort. Overall our stay here is good. Location was only less than 5 minutes walk to night market at Pub street. In front of this hotel there is 1 restaurant, the food was cheap but delicious. We don't have problem to find place where to eat.

We loved staying at the Central Suite Residence in Siem Reap. It was in a great location near everything in town, and very easy to get a tuktuk driver to go to Angkor Wat. The pool was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable. The only downside was that the included breakfast wasn’t amazing. Would definitely recommend.
