This is a beautiful hotel that's very near the Pub street and the night market. Super clean, very decent set breakfast. The staff are amazing. There is also a pool and we were lucky to have it to ourselves. There were lots of guests at that time but it didn't feel crowded or cramped.

7th Day in Cambodia”
Very nice hotel. The staff is very nice. They do try to make sure things are good. The room is very spacious and was upgraded for free, have to love that. Air conditioning works great. They have a pool and pool bar, its very clean, everything is actually. I was originally here (well this is my second day) for three nights, but decided to stay another three days to work on where to travel next. This is a nive place to take that time. The only thing is, the mini fridge is not keeping cold. Will let the staff know today :).

Super staff, lovely pool”
The staff are so well trained. From the greeting when we arrived through to our departure staff were so welcoming. Pool was lovely after a day at the temples. Easy walk to pub street or take a tuk tuk. Simple clean room. It did have a funny smell but I think that was there cleaning products or maybe a previous guest had smoked. We’d stay again.

Cambodian breakfast is very delicious. The location of the hotel is convenient to every attraction by motorcycle. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. The most impressive thing is their hospitable Staffs. They are young , friendly and energetic.

It is good for a budget stay”
I stayed here for 8 nights and got what I paid for. It is by no means a "4-star" hotel as shown in the pictures on Agoda. You will soon realize it when you come to know the environment outside the hotel and the actual environment inside. The swimming pool is as small as a fishpond, kids may love playing with it amidst the hot weather, but it is not good for swimming. Location is good as you can walk to many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Some major tourist spots in the city centre are within 15-minute walking range. Yet, it is also located within a residential area isolated from others. The road leading to the hotel is mud-filled and poorly lighted. They became ponds after rain pouring. Facilities are not very clean, and most facilities are semi-functional. Staff is extremely helpful, both those at the front desk and the Tuk Tuk drivers affiliated with the hotel at the entrance.

i've been to other hotels in Siem Reap whose services and amenities exceed the price. this hotel unfortunately is not one of them. photos look good but facilities and service needs improvement. the aircon is weak and we have a huge room for 4 persons that was only cleaned after complaining to the front desk (we were tired from a whole day tour of Angkor Wat and arriving to an unkept room is not helpful). their bar also serve lousy cocktails. no, i won't be back and will not recommend this hotel.

Deserted, run-down place”
Impressed by the photos I expected a nice stay for me and my family. However, the place was deserted, restaurant and pool bar were non-existent, the included breakfast had to be taken at another hotel with a five minute walk down on a muddy trashy dirt road. Room was not great , the safe, the TV and Phone all not working. In the bathroom there was no shower cabin, old dirty barely working forever running toilet and loose faucet. I know this is Cambodia but I get the same “standard” for half the price. The kid at the reception tried his best but any senior staff or the owner nowhere to be seen. Sorry to say, but absolutely not worth the top dollars they are charging.

Noisy back rooms”
If you're in one of the rooms at the back then you're going to hear music until the early hours of the morning. It sounded like there was a bar in the room with us. The staff did change the room after we asked but it wasn't the cleanest.
