1. The location of Rumah Cassa is next to highway. Easy access to Galaxy Mall, Airport & others places. 2. The breakfast is simple but Rumah Cassa provide me Indonesian Food as breakfast. It's delicious. 3. The room is nice & clean with all basic needs with the price that paid. 4. Will return and stay for my trip to Mt.Bromo & Kawah Ijen

I spent 9 nights there and had the most wonderful stay. Rooms are good size, prices great and the staff are all just the best. I am really looking forward to stay there again!

clean room to stay and the price was quite cheap, however the staff weren't always in the receptionist desk and there weren't a telephone number guide inside our room.

Breakfast not served buffet , so guests do not know what will be served and there is no other menu options .The hotel's location is not bypassed by public transport is very difficult for guests who do not bring vehicles

Room is not well prepared”

I booked for double, but during checked-in they said that room for double is full. So we have to stay in twin bed room. The room was not well prepared, how come there's no pillowcase, no mat and towel. They should have to prepare before guest coming inside. Then it's quite difficult to call the staff by phone, we have to go to the lobby and there's nobody there.. Waiting for ten minutes after security trying to call the receptionist guy.. It still about 8 pm, not midnight.

pesan untuk kamar double bed, sudah konfirmasi via telpon, setelah sampai sana staff berkata untuk double bed rusak, dikasih twin bed. Dapet kunci yg tulisannya berbeda dengan nomor kamar,resepsionist saya ingatkan,dijawab bisa kok kuncinya. nyampe kamar ternyata kuncinya beneran salah. oke,dituker lha. Parkiran luas,Kamar luas & bersih,tidak berisik meskipun disamping jalan MERR yang sering dipakai balap liar Siaran TV burem, wi-fi super lemot. Sarapannya seperti nasi bungkus yang dipindah ke piring,piring yg dipakai berupa piring bening seperti dapat hadiah dari beli sabun colek, teh hangat yg disajikan menurutku tak layak saji.
